24 Hour Fitness

So today I was told by the club manage that you can not use chalk and was told it's always been a policy. Prior to buying my two year contract I asked what their policy on chalk was. I was told you can use it just try and keep it clean don't make a mess but it was fine. Also asked about their deadlift policy they also said it was perfectly fine. Today was told can't go over 3 plates. That if I wanted to I had to not make noise when I set them down this place is turning into planet fitness at about 4 times the price. Very disappointed that new policies were put in place but no mention of it. When I asked about the rest of the time on my contract I was told there was nothing he could do that I had to follow the rules that were put in place since the place opened except for when I asked about buying my contract.

This place is gross! Smells really bad when you walk in- like urine, yucky parking lot, dust everywhere.

Kristina is a new trainer here, she transferred from down the street. She is absolutely amazing!

First of all I've been a member for 3 years at this 24 hour fitness. All of the exercise equipment is always broken and the trash cans are overflowing in the parking structure and inside the gym. They recently had the nerve to send me a letter telling me they were residing the fees without consent. Outrageous! Before you sign up with them make sure you shop around first.

!Don't go unsafe and lazy members! Been a member of 24hr fit 18yrs this gym is the worst I've ever been too in southern cali the member are disrespectful and lazy you will not find dumbells put away you have to walk the whole floor to find a set, the weight area is upstairs and the floor is caving in so beware of any leg barbell workouts in leg area, there is 2 machines that have been broke for 2 months and every cable back pull the bolts that hold the frame have been loose for 3 months I've tightened them with a Cresent once, and place smells of urine and feces when you walk in I've never seen the bathroom clean. no clips for barbells I bring my own. told manager and he said he can't do anything, they need to shut this place down, do not come here unless you have too........

Shower did not have warm water. No privacy when showering. Towel, clothes hangers to close to shower so they got wet when I did shower. Jacuzzi wasn't warm enough. Sigh, at least counter staff let me write a complaint, but no one contacted me to let me know they were sorry for my poor experience. Counter staff was apologetic but it's really not his fault but the facility for not offering privacy when we shower among all of the other issues

Lots of car break ins. They stole my SUV and no cameras. Needs better security.

For what it is, it's okay. Just like the rating said. Make sure you park in the structure and not outside. A family member got their car towed for not parking in the designated area. They don't have towel service so Super Sport members won't be able to get their complementary towels here.

I recently bought a 2 year Costco membership for 24 hr fitness and this location was closest to my house.This location is pretty clean and parking isn't that bad. There is a parking structure with 3 floors, but sometimes you do have to park a little further away during peak times.On certain days it can get really crowded, but overall its not that bad. They have Yoga classes on Wednesday nights which can be fun if you're looking for a light workout and as a bonus, the instructor sure has a nice bod. She is also really flexible! :)There is almost always a line to the cardio treadmills, so sometimes you might have to wait a little bit (a few minutes). There are some treadmills that are broken that need to be fixed!!

Not bad! Yes parking is not the best but don't lazy and park somewhere else and walk. It's why your going to the gym. You need it right! Only thing I don't like when my headphones are not in if the guys doing writers up stairs. Your not Olympic weight lifters. Control the weights and set them down.
