A little understaffed, but that's too be expected when things are just now reopening. The staff who were there were friendly. I wish they would thin out some of the thousands of treadmills and install some more machines, but that might be an issue of supply and demand. The hydromassage needs are bloody brilliant.

For the price it can't be beat. But it's mainly a cardio gym. Half the weight machines aren't here. Some rules about working out like men do. It's a great starter gym and gym for women. I say this without any contempt.

The atmosphere is great and the staff is wonderful. The trainer is terrific at explaining the exercises. The place is also very clean and organized.
