It has gotten so busy I wasn’t seeing the results I wanted. I came in around 10 pm and it’s still crowded.People started getting mean with limited equipment. Teenagers would come and hang around machines.I feel like the employees could care less, plus I was getting the vibe like this gym cares more about getting money then your fitness goals. (Sign on fees !? )I wouldn’t recommend to people looking to start at a gym.

My trainer Caleb is awesome! I always get in a great workout. It’s fairly busy but never too busy to get your workout in.

Locker rooms / bathrooms need to be cleaned multiple times throughout the day. They also need to do a flushing / cleaning of the pipes. There is a gross sewage smell coming out of all the sinks and toilet.Equipment is nice and Luis does a great job keeping the equipment functional and the facility put together.

Bryant was the BEST personal trainer I’ve ever had. He goes above and beyond for his clients and really understands the uniqueness of everyone’s fitness levels. I’m so grateful for all that I’ve learned from him and highly recommend investing in yourself with him as your trainer!!

Don't come here if you don't want to get scammed. Was pressured into signing up for personal training, and was told I could cancel anytime. What they didn't tell me is that there's a $100 cancellation fee, and you have to pay for the next 30 days of training. So just to cancel was a grand total of $412. And they told me there was no way around it and were completely apathetic about my financial situation. I ended up cancelling my membership plus training at the end of May. I was then still charged $28.95 for membership even after cancelling. On the website for my billing info is says my next payment of $28.95 is due on July 20. I have already cancelled! They cannot legally charge any more fees because I have paid them and cancelled my membership! I'm hoping it doesn't go through or else I will have to dispute the charge and put a stop payment from them. I'm beyond frustrated with their dishonesty and poor customer service. They have taken so much money from me and that is all they care about.

DO NOT SIGN UP UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET ROBBED!! The staff here are scammers and lie to get you to sign up. After being promised a $1 down fee they charged me the $49.99. I went in to speak with the manager and just told them to cancel the membership after being told multiple times that there is nothing they can do. After I told them to cancel then they said they’ll resign me up with the $1 down and refund me the first payment. They have yet to refund me and I called my bank and they said that they haven’t seen any payment on their end so I went in to cancel my membership completely. I was still within the 3 day window given to new members to cancel the contract to avoid paying any fees and when I asked them about it they said that’s not true.Make sure to email or write a letter to cancel your membership. They are scammers. Deals don’t match up from the website and the locations. It says all locations offer a free 7-day pass and I asked about and they said it’s not true. I just got done with college I dont have money to be wasting. They must work off commission the way they rush you to sign up and finesse you out your money.

The staff was great. The receptionists that helped me named MAYA was very professional and helpful and answered all of my questions. The gym was clean and bright, and overall make me actually want to go for workout. Will be coming back! Thank you so much.

This place is great.. the hour's are fantastic because I like to go later at night when it's not so crowded. And the pool area is awesome too 😃 …

Great gym it’s my regular but they are completely oversold on memberships during peak times it’s near impossible to get the equipment you want to use otherwise in off hours this is a great location

Maybe this 1 star will finally get cooperate or a manager to call me.My car was stolen on May 15th and now another members car was stolen today May 25th.You can find my membership with my google name.The gym management has done nothing in regards to this incident and no communication has been passed to me only the typical “my manager said he will call you back”.
