This place is extremely clean, well organized and staffed with great people. Buddy was our EOS team member today and he was such a personable dude, I felt right at home. One thing however, is maybe add a full sized basketball court 🙏🏻 …

EDIT: The review below has been addressed a second time and a more suitable resolution has been reached. I am thankful for the employees at EOS for being willing to work with me.The facility itself is a decent place to workout. I signed up during an open house on 7/28/22 at the Kaysville location where a fitness manager, Mike, was being very persistent trying to convince me to get personal training sessions. We worked out a compromise where I could attend an initial training session at a discount, and if I didn't feel like it was worth the time and money I could talk to him and he could cancel and refund me. What was on the contract but what he didn't verbally explain, is that I had three days to get out of the contract or else I had to pay for 6 months.I had to cancel my first PT session on 7/29/22 due to a family emergency and was contacted on 8/8/22 and 8/15/22 by the personal trainer trying to schedule our visits. I was distracted at work so I forgot to respond, not knowing the urgency I would need to have in order to cancel. He informed me that I would need to get in contact with Mike, and so I called the Kaysville location once, and West Jordan two times so Mike could follow through on his deal, but he has never called back. I got a call from a different district fitness manager who clarified their contract policy, and as it turns out, Mike didn't have the power to do anything outside of the 3 day grace period. This district manager was gracious enough to end my contract before the 6 month obligation, but the fact that Mike didn't clarify that I needed to make a decision in three days rather than just after I did my first session cost me $300+ that I don't have.Whether Mike was intentionally deceptive or not, I do not know. But, I feel it should be a common courtesy to clearly and verbally explain the cancellation policy, especially to people who have a similar situation to mine. I am thankful to the personal trainer and the other district fitness manager for helping to work out a compromise so I didn't have to pay the nearly $1000 for something I didn't want. I understand I bear some blame for not reading the contract thoroughly, as is common practice not to do, but I do feel taken advantage of. If you choose to go to this gym, I recommend being very clear about your intentions and not compromising on some sort of service that they try and up-sale you on.

Horrible customer service over the phone. Actually really sad, as we are new members to this gym. It is the first gym we have joined in ten years!! My Husband was double charged the last two months. The gentleman on the phone said that it’s was due to payment being late. It was not late last month and our bank statement shows that it was processed the very next day after being approved on the due date. This month was said to be the same thing but our payments were put on pause because of fraud on our account. He refused to work with him even after mentioning everything and that last month was in fact NOT late. We will be Canceling our memberships today.Thank you for allowing me to leave this review.

Solid gym. Wish the music was better! Haha (I understand it's gotta be neutral for all types of people). Dustin and Buddy are amazing. Friendly and helpful. Gets a little crowded in the morning and after work. But not terrible. The facility is kept pretty clean and stocked for the most part.

I recently started going to the gym with my best friend and I was nervous to start going consistently. This gym is so welcoming, friendly, and clean! I’d love to specifically call out the lovely Assistant Ops Manager Maegan, she always welcomes me with a smile when she sees me and I always see her running around assisting those around her. I’d bet money this place is partially carried on her back, especially with new mandates people refuse to follow. She’s a boss lady that deserves praise for the hard work she puts in.

I have been going to this gym for a few months now and I really like it. They have the equipment I need and even when it is busy I can find what I need and it doesn’t feel overcrowded, unlike other gyms I have gone to. Their personal trainers are great! I have been working with Johnny and he is awesome. He helps me recognize my goals and work towards them. He is also great at adapting any exercises to my specific needs. I highly recommend this place.

DO NOT ENTER INTO A PERSONAL TRAINER PROGRAM unless you are ready to stuck in a 6 month contract with several hundred bill every two weeks! Make sure you have a good attorney and have him/her review the contract before you sign it!!!It was a very bad experience for my husband and I hope this will not happen to other people. I called my attorney and asked for some advice. So here is the whole story and tips from my attorney and hopefully be helpful to you.My husband went to the gym the other day and want to find a personal trainer. They recommended him a program of 2 sessions each week ($47 per session) with 6 months term. My husband told them his schedule will be busy later so he can do 2 session a week now but want to change to 1 session later. The salesman told him, he can switch to 1 session program later. Also salesman provided all the other false statement to my husband and made him misunderstand the contract:(1) The salesman said the 2 session program can be switched to 1 session program later easily and at any time clients want;FACT: The contract cannot be amended during 6 months.(2) The salesman said if you cannot go to the session, you can cancel it and you will not be charged;FACT: They will charge you no matter if you will go to the session or not, you cannot cancel the sessions.(3) The salesman said you can cancel the contract easily and at your will as they will only charge front fee first.FACT: You cannot cancel the contract during the 6 month. When you want to cancel it, you need send a written notice with first class mail to California 30 days in ahead. (they have another email cancel way but my attorney review the contract and suggested us to do both way to make sure we can cancel the contract). If you forget to do these things, sorry, another 6 months charge.Due to the fraudulent misrepresentation of the gym, my husband signed the contract with them. When he wants to change to 1 session class later, the gym refused to do that. The gym also told us the salesman providing misleading information is a new guy so he does not understand the policy very well. So if you signed the contract due to the salesman's wrong information, the gym does not care, they will not help you.(If salesman presents false statement about the contract, and harm clients' benefit, I think the gym need to train the salesman not lie to people and take the responsibility instead to have the client to take the loss!!!)TIPS to you:#1 DO NOT SIGN THE CONTRACT unless you are ready to stuck in a 6 month contract with several hundred bill every two weeks.#2 My attorney suggested me, to send the document to him to review before we sign any document with the gym in the future.#3 To the ones if you already stuck there (this is also what my attorney suggested me to do): set up your calendar in four months and half. Send the written notice in mail and email to make sure you actually cancel the contract so you are not stuck for another 6 months.

Beware of Physical Training. Once you sign up it's really hard to make changes after your contract period is up. My husband and I have been signed up for physical training for almost a year. My husband upgraded to 2 training sessions a week shortly before Covid Delta took hold. At which time he canceled paying for the additional session per week, and requested a hold on his PT. Why have 2 PT sessions a week when you're not going to 1. We waited for a couple weeks. They said he would probably see one more regular charge, before the freeze kicked in. After several more charges, we asked why, and they said they didn't see any record of a freeze requested. So we requested again, and that took a couple more weeks. He hasn't been back to Physical Training because he is now having some back issues and he's in Physical Therapy. So he decided just to cancel it for a while. They again said he may have one more payment taken out. After the second one was taken out, we asked why he was still being charged. They said the Physical Training hadn't yet completed cancelling. They said they would look into it and make sure it was cancelled. A week later, he was charged again. When I talked with the gym manager about it today, he said, "Well it is cancelled". I asked why the new charge today. He said he wasn't sure, but that it was cancelled now. He is NOT very personable AT ALL. All he would say is that he wishes he could do more, but it's cancelled now. He also said that the extra day of PT that my husband added on was never cancelled, and that they didn't have any record of it being requested. All of these things that they seem to have no record of sure do benefit them.I'm so irritated with these experiences, I decided to have my PT cancelled as well. If they are this disorganized and difficult to work with, I don't want anything to do with their PT anymore. This is hard, because I really like this gym. I like the facilities, most of the staff are great, and my trainer is great. The manager apparently doesn't have the authority to refund or to do anything to make things right. So save yourself a lot of issues and don't even get involved in their Physical Training in the first place.

This is a great facility. Always clean, well laid out, and high quality equipment. The best part about it though is the staff, who are always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. In particular, my personal trainer Kendra is amazing. Her knowledge and drive are helping me reach my fitness goals. She pushes me to try new things and stretch my personal boundaries, and she’s always encouraging and helpful. I’m definitely going to keep coming back.
