High pressure sales, they wouldn’t even give me a tour without me creating an account at the kiosk with my name, email, phone number and signing a legal disclaimer. After the tour it was a very uncomfortable “sign up today” high pressure interaction, the guy even told me there was a sale that was today only. What a joke. When I asked for the pricing, his response was to bring up a map of the locations and ask me about the map. The whole interaction was pushing a scripted sales funnel asking me all these questions about whether I could see myself there and what my thoughts and opinions were. But the real problem here was the vibe, it was basically a car dealership. The company did not embody respect. The guy was fine, the employee wasn’t the problem, but the script of the interaction from a policy and structure standpoint is nothing I would recommend to anyone.Someone decided to make that entire experience entrapping. What kind of business visionary creates that kind of low-life predatory environment. If someone asked me what gym I went to, I couldn’t take pride in saying I go there. Also, no steamroom, just a sauna, just another sign of a corporate lack of chill.

The gym itself is great, not a huge fan of all of the buckets and towels in the floor, and water dripping on my head as I try and workout in some spots, but the kids club is GREAT! Courtney is fantastic , and truly cares for my boys and all of the other children.

The gym has great amenities and the prices are reasonable. Unfortunately, it’s far too crowded. I assume this is due to the low costs, but I wish they’d limit memberships to ensure a better customer experience. Coming here after work or on the weekends gives the same feeling as going to an overcrowded ski resort. This is especially an issue in the functional training area, where people are fighting for space to lay down a mat. Treadmills and other cardio equipment are often available, but that’s about it. Friendly staff and good array of classes to take, but the crowds have me questioning wether I’ll renew my membership.

Lots of equipment, can usually find what you need even when it’s busy. Staff is friendly, I switched gyms but my account continued to charge me once I cancelled. Thomas Saini helped me out and took care of it, which I really appreciate. Much better experience than most gyms, would recommend.

Honestly. This gym is the best. Super legit. Most people in there are training pretty hard and not lollygagging around. It’s a motivating environment. The facilities are sick. Tons of cardio machines and weights. Have a turf and a sled and various functional fitness related equipment. Locker rooms and a sauna. So it really has everything. Pretty sure they have other locations in various places as well. Jon got me all set up and he was super helpful. I’d def recommend, kinda regardless of what your fitness goals may be. Check this place out!

This place would be great, but is in need of repair. I've worked out here for months and love that it's big and near my house. I don't love that rhe ceilings are leaking daily, that machines are constantly broken and that some are inaccessible due to leaking. This is happening daily for months! Time to fix the place up.

•5 stars for friendly staff•3 stars for equipment availability/choice - it’s crowded outside of peak hours and often there isn’t enough for everyone.•0 stars for HVAC/ventilation. They can never figure out how to properly cool it down in the summer, and oddly enough in fall/winter it’s overheated. Even my iPhone overheats. Been coming here for 2 years and they’re still “working on it”. If you like being greasy & slimy during workouts then this shouldn’t be an issue.Overall good enough though

Good equipment and nice employees but bad fee policies. Went in to cancel and they said they'll need to charge 1 additional month. I didn't like it but they told me that when I signed up. Then when I checked my credit card they charged an additional $50-60 for the "year fee". They didn't tell me that when I signed up or at the desk when I cancelled. A business that relies on fine print in contracts to make money is garbage. When I went in to ask them to remove the year fee they said no. Front desk personnel were good to work with but it's the company policies and fee structures that make me never want to do business with them again.

This is overall a decent gym, however the crowds the past couple months have made it near impossible to get a full workout in. I go at one of the least busy times for a gym typically between 1-4. 9/10 times I go, every squat rack is taken, every incline bench is taken. This is a corporate gym so I get signing people up is part of the job, but there is barely space to workout a lot of the time. I’ve come here for nearly 2 years. It never used to be this bad. I would happily pay double or triple the price if it would help limit the amount of people here. The maintenance isn’t the best either. A leg curl and leg raise machine have been out of order for over two weeks now, the roof leaks aren’t ever addressed even though it’s been an issue for 6 plus months, many of the paper towels are not stocked when needed, bunch of little things. This is a good gym overall but lately the crowds have kind of ruined any chance at a full workout.

We come to this gym 5-6 days a week and used to absolutely love it, but it has gone downhill so quickly. We came from Vasa and were excited for a new, clean facility and have been increasingly disappointed. The ceiling is constantly leaking, there are buckets and rags collecting water everywhere. Hair and dirt coat the floor. Equipment seems to be more & more unavailable; last month the entire cardio deck was roped off. The KidsCare was a highlight for us until they continuously turned over staff due to poor treatment from upper management. Looking for a new gym.
