I’ve been coming to this gym nearly every day for over two years and I have to agree with other reviews about the crowd. The gym itself is nice, but I used to be able to come in at certain times and there weren’t many people there. Now it’s constantly busy no matter what time I go. It’s very frustrating because I drive 20 minutes to go to this gym and then I can’t even get a chance on the equipment I need. There always seems to be a group of teens just standing there and taking up equipment and barely getting any sets in. A membership limit would be nice or even some stricter rules about hogging equipment for 20-30 minutes at a time when little exercise is being done.Other than that it’s been a nice gym and I’ve enjoyed it.

I have have been a member since the day the gym opened 2 1/2 years ago and they still haven't figured out how to fix the leaking roof or bathroom plumbing. There is currently a huge pool of water on the bathroom floor that smells like urine and nobody is doing anything to clean it. Several pieces of equipment are broken and haven't been fixed in months. The management doesn't take care of this gym at all.

I Really love Linea and Emily's combat classes, as well as Deb's fitness class on Sunday. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back to Eos because they hide their fees, their policies, and they're not willing to talk to me. Looks like this is a trend, based on the other reviews and the responses are not personal.I froze my account during the winter, but they didn't tell me there's a 5$ charge every month to keep it inactive. They never mentioned I needed to give a 30 day notice to make any changes. Once I found out that they were still taking money after a few months, I completely canceled my membership. However, they didn't mention that I'd be getting an $80 charge because my yearly renewal was approaching in 2 weeks. It wasn't within 30 days apparently. Hiding fees is definitely shady and the employees should be telling their customers!I've tried calling their management multiple times but they want me to come in.. And I know exactly why... So they'll try to convince me to come back to the gym and spend more money with them. It's pretty pathetic that I can't have a manager talk to me on the phone like a normal business when their customers are upset. So, while I tried to ask nicely a few times and didn't get a response, here's a bad review. I would have loved to come back to these classes, but I'll go somewhere else and support the instructors.

If you're considering checking EōS Fitness out, make sure you're prepared to stand your ground with their pushy sales tactics and to ask a lot of questions about their contracts and hidden fees.I went in today to sign up for a free one-week trial and had to spend 15 minutes with a manager insisting that I didn't want to sign up for one of their "deals" because I have knee surgery in two weeks and couldn't commit but was interested in checking out the facilities once I'm back to working out.He wouldn't quit. Asked me in detail about my recovery timeline. Tried to push me to still sign up and just "freeze" my account. Then went on a rant about how some of their trainers were just as good as - if not better than - a physical therapist, and that they were cheaper than what my PT would cost (surprise: they were not).Hands down the pushiest, most insensitive sales process I've ever experienced. All because I wanted to sign-up for their advertised one-week free trial. I can't imagine the number of customers who get forced into paying for things they don't actually need, or surprise pinged for fees that were never communicated to them.Needless to say, I already know I will be taking my money elsewhere post-recovery. There are many more customer-centric, ethical gyms in the area to support that are just as nice and affordable.

The gym is always packed. Good luck getting a workout in. especially doesn’t help when the equipment keeps breaking and stays broken for weeks. there are buckets everywhere to catch the water from a roof leak. been like this for months. you’d think with how crowded the gym is they would have enough money to get it fixed. will be switching gyms.

Let’s start with the good, the staff is great. That’s it.Now the bad. The roof leaks in this place every time it rains or snows. They have to close off 25% of the cardio equipment because water leaks all over it.There is a heats water all over the floor. There are buckets all over the floor to catch the water. It’s been like this for over a year now. They just won’t fix the roof. They will respond to this post saying they are going to fix the roof, don’t believe that. They said this last year as well and never fixed anything. There are usually filthy towels all over the ground to soak up the water, I guess today is a special day, someone picked those up.

The gym is nice enough. People are great. Just be ready it’s ALWAYS packed. I’ve gone at almost every hour between 5am-10pm. Doesn’t matter day, the time or the weather. It’s packed. A lot of groups too. and a lot of the machines have been broken for weeks.

Honestly I have been having an awesome experience with EōS. Awesome vibe, great equipment, I love that it’s open 24/7, clean and well kept. I usually go at night, and the front desk guy-Tyler- is always super nice and helpful. My only thing is that sometimes it’s needed repairs, the roof, dry sauna, hot tub. Minor things.

I miss 24 hour fitness this place is meh. The fitness instructors that teach the classes are great but the trainers are horrible. I had a trainer stretch me for 15 minutes I asked why he couldn’t explain. The session was 30 minutes don’t waste my money. Then I complained and they switched me to another trainer who walked out of our 1 hour session. I asked him if he was ok because I was concerned he said he was having a bad day . So you waste my money and time because your having a bad day what the heck ? Also when I first signed up for this gym the people were committing fraud . They had to get corporate involved and fix my account. Also when I had my cancer scare the head manager was a complete jerk because I wanted to freeze my training sessions due to health issues. There’s moments when I’m ok and moments when I’m not. Lastly for the most part the kid care is great but not the last time I went . You usually have to make a reservation and i took my kid there and the lady was like oh we are at full capacity. I was like then why do you allow us to pre register and make a reservation then . So many issues with this place. If it wasn’t for the instructors I would never go. Go at your own risk. That had been my experience I hope you never have the same .
