The workouts are fun and challenging. The coaches and members are friendly and really supportive. I love being part of the Orange Theory community!

I have been going to Orange Theory now for a couple months. I love the workouts. Never liked doing just one thing during a workout, OT mixes it up every class. Same basics but a variety of ways of putting it all together. I leave feeling great, energized, and ready to tackle the rest of the day! Love it!

I love this workout because I don't have to think about it, I just follow instructions. And I like that I'm constantly doing something different, so I'm never bored. I also appreciate the opportunity to get out of my head about the workout and just follow my heart rate goals.

Awesome Orangetheory location. Nice staff, good location. Super clean. Great equipment. Was easy to join classes from out of state.OTF in general is great and I would recommend trying it to most people.

Interval training and strength training at its best with a variety of workouts to make it feel new and challenging every day! Friendly and helpful coaches motivate and make the time go by fast. I’ve been going 3-4 times a week for 3 years and I’ve never been stronger and more fit!!

I just signed up last month with the 8 class a month plan but within two weeks after that I upgraded to the unlimited because I love this place that much! Such a fun, kick butt workout. It feels like a friendly community of Orangetheorian’s and I’ve already made a few friends. I’m having so much enjoyment getting back to being healthy and I’m so grateful I have this location as my home studio.

Orangetheory Fitness Rocks! I love the variety in that no workout is ever the same, the high-energy pace along with collecting Splat points and seeing how many calories are burned for each workout. All of the coaches are very positive, helpful and professional. The visual boards for the weight floor are helpful as well.

At first I didn't know anything about Orange Theory. My friend convinced me to sign up for my free class and I haven't looked back. I became a member after my first class and now I go four times a week. I seriously love it. It's everything you love about a great workout but with a team of people all in it together, and a coach that keeps you accountable and cheers you on. I love my studio! I am endlessly thankful to have a sanctuary where I am allowed to push myself, be ultra sweaty, and empty my tanks. Good for the soul.

It's a shame such a cool place has such a poor cancellation policy. I understand the need for a penalty, if you cancel too late. But if they fill your spot with someone else, they still charge you.
