I did the 12 week transformation challenge with Brock and absolutely loved it! I came in with a goal to lose fat while staying strong and doing something I love - lifting heavy and olympic lifting. After a few years of getting an autoimmune disorder under control, I was ready to get back into fitness but needed direction and coaching and this program was perfect. I chose this program because of the attention to habit building and health education that helps you in the LONG TERM. I've completed the 12 wks and my physique has noticeably changed and I'm not stopping there! I continue to go to class, track habits, and review them with Brock monthly. My favorite thing about SLC CrossFit is their attention to lifting form. Every coach cares about the members lifting correctly which is so important when we're doing these complex movements with heavy weight. I've honestly never been to a gym more dedicated to this. If you're looking to make a change in a safe environment, I highly recommend SLC CrossFit!!

I dropped in for a couple of early morning workouts while in from out of town. I have found, in the total of 4 times this summer, that the coaching is excellent and the members are nice and pretty welcoming. I look forward to joining in again on my next visit to Salt Lake City.

I joined Salt Lake City Crossfit for their 12 week program, and they got me paired up with Coach Elijah. The determination and commitment I’ve received from him during this time period was incredible, and he really cared for my personal goals and health. In the 12 week program I was able to lose 20 pounds. He helped me create habits that will last a long time. All the coaches here are also great and help so much with the daily workouts.

I had no idea what i was doing at the gym, I tried everything. I started the 12 week program, and now I actually enjoy working out. Great community They have helped me to do better! They encourage me to do my best. I also have learned how to eat in portions. I enjoy this salt lake city cross fit and will keep going as part of my weekly routine.

I just finished the 12 week program with Elijah Bowers as my coach. I have never regularly worked out in my 32 years, or eaten 3 balanced meals a day since being a teenager (still working on this). The gym has always been intimidating to me due to not knowing what I'm doing or not having a gym buddy. Elijah's passion and knowledge for fitness made it very easy for me to learn the techniques needed to perform the workouts during class. He always responded to messages from me and constantly checked up on me about progress and personal issues. All of the other coaches were very friendly, always greeted me by name, and would help improve my techniques during WOD. I can honestly say that I never feel intimidated or stressed about going to the gym anymore. I would definitely recommend the 12 week program and a membership at this gym.

SLC CrossFit has been an amazing place to work on my self. The coaches and leaders there are amazing folks trying to better help the people that come in there gym. I would recommend this gym to anyone that is wanting and has a desire to change their life.

I just got done with their 12 week program and absolutely loved it! The program was personalized to me, I had 1:1 sessions with a coach to make sure I was performing the exercises and workouts properly, with proper form so that I would avoid injury. They would also follow up with me on my dieting and overall health to keep me on track with my goals. We had checkups every 4 weeks so that I could track my progress and see my improvements. The classes are so fun! The coaches leading the classes are very knowledgeable about all things CrossFit. If you are not comfortable with some of the movements or lifting, they have plenty of alternative exercises you can do that works on strengthening your body. The community is another excellent factor to this gym. Everyone is encouraging to everyone! At the end of class, anyone you pass will say "good job" or give you a fist bump, it is so great! I really am so happy that I got started with this gym, I am definitely going to continue my membership here.

This place is awesome! I went for a weekend drop in while exploring SLC and I felt right at home. There are so many areas to do your own thing it’s like an adult wonderland. Strength, mobility, 20 new bikes, several ropes, and tons of rigs and weights. Everyone was so nice and welcoming and it is open 7 days a week which works really well for my sporadic schedule.If you don’t want to or can’t do the programmed workout you’re allowed to do open gym and work on your own terms which I also really appreciate. Classes are huge but never too crowded because the space is like a gigantic (but rather cozy feeling) warehouse. I cannot wait to become a member. Thanks for having me

We were visiting SLC for a few days and decided to drop in for Sunday open gym. We had the gym to ourselves, which was great! The coach was very friendly and even had the CrossFit games on. Got shirts/sweatshirts to remember our visit :) Thanks SLC CrossFit!
