I love taking classes at The Salt Mine. All of the teachers are caring and very knowledgeable. They have really helped me come out of my shell and find my confidence. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking into pole fitness.

I don't think there's a way to properly put the atmosphere into a review but here it goes. Having a rough day this place gets you and folds you into a hug of support. Needing to get your frustrations out this place is the creative escape and that's just the atmosphere of the building. The humans are incredibly intune and attentive to everyone that walks through the door and they want to be there for you. Genuinely there like your favorite pair of underwear supporting you through anything and everything. The shows they have hosted are killer to watch and be a part of! Every form of art is accepted here. Many a times I have laid on the glowing floor to relax and meditate and it makes me feel that I'm part of the galaxy with the mirrors reflecting the glow. If you're not sure about getting out of your normal, do it! You wont be disappointed!
