They didn't deliver what was promised (body scan), were hard to reach, and showed up 45 minutes late to my first personal training required session.

Before I started going to crossfit I was at another gym that I actually really liked. However after being there for a year with no progress I thought it was time to try something new. I love crossfit, everyone there are super kind and supportive. At first I was intimidated by all the "bro's" but I found that they are chill and I love how they make everyone feel welcome. If you are serious about your personal fitness journey Ute Crossfit is the place to go. Though change is gradual I am getting stronger and that is what keeps me coming.

Great coaches. Solid programming. The work outs are more intense than 2 other crossfit gyms that I've been a member at. I loved the other gyms, but this one has better programming than others I have been to.

Offers a '6-week challenge' that gets you started with the movements and structure of a CrossFit gym. Ute has a great community of support with the coaches and members alike.
