The Worst Gym i have ever been, as the rest 24 hour fitness. Old equipment & Rude employees/management.

Don't be afraid to take your hard earned money elsewhere.. Not living up to the SuperSport standard... Honestly this location is just a new 24 facility where they can slap the super sport sticker on and charge customers absurd amounts for subpar service.

Really cool club, closest Super Sport in the area, great equipment(just missing specific workout machines-for specific muscles), but it's cool- plenty of free weights to make up for it. Parking sucks!

Nicest 24 hour Ive been to and Ive been to a good amount between LA and SD. Nice, new equipment, very clean and has something for everybody. The only bad thing as a bodybuilding/powerlifting enthusiast is the cardio equipment takes up probably just as much room as the weights. A lot of cardio equipment, plenty of weights, 4 spots for olympic lifting, and has all the amenities of a super sport. If youre looking for a 24 hour fitness to go to in OC this one is highly recommended.

Very unfortunate service, acceptable facility. My training consists of strictly free weights. There is plenty of racks for powerlifting and bodybuilding, but a good majority of the power cages are on the opposite end of the bulk of the free weights, separated by a plethora of cardio machines. Odd design choice, but it might be too cumbersome/costly to fix this. Overall, clean as far as I care and usable. That's what matters, but it does look somewhat lacking for a "Super Sport" club that charges a premium over other gyms.Cutting straight to the negative here. Service leaves a bit to be desired. It's not absolutely dismal, but the membership services seems inefficient. Whether it be a result of the company's procedures or this particular location's staffing and training, getting a trial or cancellation is lengthier than it should be. I've had a trial previously but the process to activate it seemed to bounce between several employees before having me sign through a computer. It's not that difficult to just direct me to a touch screen. On membership cancellation request, the employees seemed a bit scattered on what to do with another employee (I'm assuming only this one person is capable of membership services at the moment) on his lunch break. One employee took the lead, entered in my information, and attempted to keep me as an ongoing member. This might be his job role, but persisting after my clear cut decision straight from the entrance of the gym, and me trying to be as polite as possible (even noted that I signed up from another 24 hr fitness, so it shouldn't affect their numbers here), was frustrating. He said I'd get a call back in the next hour about cancelling. It seemed my visit was fruitless, and I ended up calling after three hours. The number noted for this gym directs through a machine, a LENGTHY automated voice system. After sitting for a while, I finally got hold of a representative, and cancelled my membership.I love the accessibility of a 24hr gym, but the premium and lack of quality service is not exactly worth the upcharge from any other commercial gym.

My 5 feet tall younger son was 11 years and 11 months old when my older son took us to 24 fitness in Fountain valley. I explained to the guy that my younger son wants to use the gym and I enroll myself to be with him. We decided on one month trial and if my younger son likes he will be 12 and then can go by himself. After we made a payment of $253.13 I asked the guy to give us a tour. He took us to a room with one short basketball and babies crawling on the floor and told my almost 12 years old that this is where he is going to be. I told him that the main purpose for us to go to the gym is for him to exercise not to be babysit-ted. He offered to put a freeze on the membership for us and said after my son turns 12 we can use the gym and there will be no cost on us. A month after, the membership was cancelled without any notification and my money is GONE. The person who got the money does not work there any more, the manager asked me to call the headquarter, the headquarter offered me a refund and asked me to go to general manager. The general manager wanted a proof of payment. I showed him the charge on my credit card statement, he asked me for a proof of freeze that have never been given to me by the missing member. THIS IS THEFT.

The gym itself is really nice it has a pool a basketball court a sauna etc. We went ther with the three day trial but decided not signing up because of the price of roundabout $40 a month. At this point the guy who sells the membership got really mad and toked it personal. If you are able to spent this money . And need the court, the pool etc. than this could be the right place for you

Honestly I was a huge fan of 24hr fitness “SUPER SPORT” because of the towel service. But now that they are ending the towel service on Dec 21st. It’s like what’s the point of paying $40 a month. This gym had “broken a washer” two weeks ago and I was seeing less and less towels every day, now they barley have any and the service hasn’t even ended. The gym is so disgusting now paper towels all over the floor...I see more seats and machines covered in sweat, it’s disgusting. And the fact that I usually have to get ready at the gym before work and I have to carry a towel with me now. Have you ever let a wet used towel sit in your car all day while your at work? It’s gross and stinks. So thanks 24.Now looking into other gyms because I’m not paying the same amount of money to have one of the best services you guys had to offer to be removed.

Newer gym but needs new management. We have been going to this gym since it opened. Staff has completely changed due to poor management and a manager who is on her high horse instead of managing appropriately. Cleanliness is not the best, no one cleans up when announcement goes off, kids club is poorly staffed at busy hours (management won’t even help out but rather turn people away when they pay extra for the services). The same toilet has been full of poop for over 6 weeks in women’s bathroom, absolutely disgusting. Equipment is nice, but could use some new management, otherwise it will just go downhill like other 24 hr.
