Anyone who consistently goes to their gym, knows exactly who the regulars are. They're the people that you know with 99% certainty will be there at the same time as you every single day, working out along side you or assisting you when you're going for a new PR. Personally, that was my favorite part about my old gym (more on this later). After moving to Colorado though (yes, sorry, I'm a transplant) I knew that I needed to find something similar. As most things go, I had met Dan after I had gotten complacent with my office's gym and had ceased both looking for something else and squatting due to a ruptured disk in my back. My first interaction with Dan was after he completed a group training session for my coworkers and I simply asked for some assistance on my Kettle Bell swing form (shoutout to Tim Ferris). After assisting me with my form, he encouraged me to check his gym out as he believed he could fix my back and get me into prime physical condition. This all happened about four months ago. My back is now healed and I can see a clear trajectory toward meeting and surpassing all of my fitness goals with Dan's assistance. Better yet, I spend every morning with the regulars and only the regulars. It is very rare that I see someone walk into Dan's spot and not stick around after their first workout. If you're interested, Dan will let any driven person try out his system for a week free of charge. If you take him up on that offer, I am near positive that we will see you every week thereafter.(After reading the previous two paragraphs, I realized that this totally sounds like an ad. I promise you it is not, I am just too ecstatic about all of this to leave a quick one liner review. If I can get more people in here to see the progress they can make with the right training I would be absolutely thrilled)Tl;Dr Dan Baker has not only gotten me into the best shape of my entire life, but he has also helped me restore a once ruptured disk in my back. Anyone that knows Dan could tell you that his Westside Barbell-esque training format is hard to beat and that his devotion to staying up to date with the latest proven practices will have you leaving every workout DEAD but excited to get back in the next day.I look forward to training with you.

Dans a great coach with a solid knowledge base. He focuses just as much on injury prevention/recovery as he does on performance, which is a hard quality to find at an average gym or any athletic program. I’ve done some exercises I’ve never seen before and I’ve seen rapid improvement because of it. 10/10 would recommend.
