Waiting for tanning booths to be fixed. The last I checked, there was no date when they would be repaired, just a little irritated!

It’s nice to have a gym to go to so close to the house. And, you can’t beat the price. Vasa is just like any big box gym the crowd that goes to this one seems to be more focused

Clean facility, spacious, and a lot of options for working out. The multiple lifting platforms is great.

What on earth is the music choice for this location. The vibe has been checked, and it did not pass.Other than that, met expectations for a VASA

Love this gym so far! They have an a room full of squat racks, the staff is friendly and every member there is serious business!!! So glad I switched gyms because this is a very motivational place to work out.Edit: I’ve been going to this gym for awhile now, and the staff and members are all so welcoming and friendly! Nick at the front is super helpful, friendly and is a great part of the morning staff. I couldn’t ask for a better gym based on the staff and general environment!

This was my first day visiting VASA and as far as first impressions go it was not great. We joined specifically for this location's racquetball courts, but when arriving, the equipment they had behind the counter was terrible. Racquet with broken strings, the grip looked like someone taped it in 5 seconds with some cheap felt material 10 years ago, and appallingly did not have proper glasses or protective eye equipment of any sort. To make matters worse, they double booked the Racquetball courts, so we let the folks who were already playing continue (they even offered to let us use their racquets, a level of customer service and quality I expected from the gym itself) (why with all the technology these days and a gym that uses an app for entry uses handwritten sheets in a binder to schedule court usage is beyond me, a very simple google sheet would take 5 minutes to set up and be 100% more reliable, as the folks who were double booked with us said this has happened multiple times). When going back to the front counter, the guy was vaguely apologetic for the double booking, but completely dismissive of the extremely poor quality of equipment and all-out lack of safety equipment (no eye protection). He then tossed that sad excuse for a Racquetball racquet back into the bin (of which was the only moder one, the other three were small, decades old, and undersized, likely designed for other sports). All in all, not a great first impression, and the reasons we are not going utilizing the "3-day money back guarantee" is because 1) we can buy a new racquet and protective eyewhere online easily, as they should, 2) the folks that were double booked with us were quality Racquetball players that would have good standards for court quality, which means the courts must be in good shape if they're tolerating repeated double-bookings, and 3) this is the only gym near us that has Racquetball courts (although it's one of the only VASA locations that does in most of the Denver metro).I hope VASA reads this and improves these issues at the Church Ranch Blvd location. A couple of them would be $200 in quality racquets and eyeware (cause if someone is new to racquetball, they wont know they need eye protection). It was without a doubt a frustrating experience.

This gym is ok. The main floor is typically kept pretty clean, however the women’s locker room is always a mess. The locking changing room is always dirty and has a huge hole in the wall and looks pretty bad- it’s been that way for a year now. There are not many options for protein shakes, which is something new but kind of annoying. Most of the staff are pretty friendly. I’d probably try another gym if it weren’t for Nick. He is always very friendly, and eager to help. He even helped me look through the whole gym for my car keys- not many people go above and beyond like he does. I refuse to go in the evening because the staff during that shift are incredibly unfriendly and lazy. I know a lot of members stick around because of Nick and how great he is!
