I have been waiting for a call from regional manager JESSE for nearly a week now since I was originally told he would be calling me. Don’t even get me started on manager Darrell … he is reason enough to stay away from this place. $0 balance owed shown on my account when i look in the app and they still won’t cancel my membership or apparently return my calls either. If JESSE calls me as promised - maybe I will remove this review. Until then, it is unfortunate I have to stop in or call them every single day and will continue to do so until I am responded to appropriately. I have already filed a formal complaint on the better business bureau and will be contacting the attorney general if necessary.

Went to workout this morning, it’s 6am and the gym is still closed. The website says 5am. I finally wake up early and the gym isn’t even open. No sign on the door or any type of notice. The number one thing I need from a gym is consistency and this failed. Really disappointed.

The staff here is super friendly and helpful. The manager guy is cool too!! They almost always greet me by name with a smile. Very welcoming location

Twice now I’ve walked in to cancel my membership but no staff is ever to be found. Guess I’ll pay another $20 this month for something I won’t use

Great staff, very clean, reduced hours are a drag though. If they brought back their old hours it would be an easy 5 star.

I wish they had a sauna, pool, courts, or classes. For $10 it works though. This location is never packed and it's very easy to get the machines you want.
