This is my happy place! Everyone is so nice (staff and members), the facility is always spotless, and the classes and amenities are amazing and a great value. I live 15 minutes away and pass by several gyms on the way but I just prefer Chuze. Also nice that you can visit other locations with the mid tier membership. Really can't say enough great things.

Super friendly staff, facility is always clean and well maintained, downside is the sauna and steam room aren’t operational, hopefully they will fix this soon.

Great gym, lots of space, equipment, sauna, steam, massagers, pool, hot tub, even a theater with aerobic machines. Friendly staff and clean facility, lots of parking. Reasonably priced. Check it out.

We had a foreign exchange student that was not staying in country for the minimum time to avoid the cancelation penalty. Since we could not avoid that Shay agreed to note the account to remind them not to charge the account when he went home. They will not waive the fee. Please be careful when dealing with this gym. They are certainly not honest. I asked the General Manager as did our student to call me. No luck.

I had no idea that such a fabulous gym could exist! The dark movie cinema with workout equipment instead of seats is out of this world. The hydro massage chair room has the best chairs and the room is so very peaceful. Pool and sauna areas very clean...the whole place is actually super clean! So much equipment and so much variety. Pleasant and helpful staff just top it all off to deliver an all around top notch gym experience.

Great experience. A little bit of a learning curve but the staff is way friendlier than other gyms.

The gym is nice and but the sauna is not hot enough to work up a sweat, it was a waste of my workout and sweat. Also, the front desk girl with pink hair is very stuck up members only vibe - calm down - it’s a chuze. First time I’ve ever seen her but she should be very welcoming to everyone 👌🏼 Also decided to vacuum literally under the workout bench my boyfriend and I were using which completely drowned out our music and workout mode.

Been coming to chuze for a while. Clean establishment, the workers are nice. Great gym. I wish they had a basic scale, that's the only thing missing. Other than that, awesome place. 💪🏽😎👍🏽 …

My main issue with this gym is the kids club no longer allowing my child to be involved with the program because of his concerning 3 year old behavior that's hard to control and a safety issue for other children, okay understandable. However, with me unable to workout any longer because of the kids club request, I had to cancel. The issue is the annual fee for OCT 2022 came out unexpectedly without a notice. They have said "it's in the agreement you signed" which I signed over a year ago in August. I have paid my annual fee as of Oct 2021. They refuse to refund me for another annual fee for this current year when I explained to them the situation and why I will no longer be able to continue my membership with them. They have been very unhelpful with a simple request while asking in a calm and respectful manner also employee I originally spoke with claimed I never paid the annual fee in 2021 which I have records through my bank I did. So to avoid the main problem, they stated something untrue. It seems unfair that they can't refund me based off of the kids club request and it has not even been a month since I was charged an annual fee. Seems unfair and I was not heard in regards to why I was requesting a refund based on their request.

This place has been amazing so far ! The staff is super friendly, the place is very clean & I see everyone wiping down equipment after use. They don’t allow “grunting “ which is a huge plus for me.The cinema is awesome. Can’t say enough great things about the Kids Club they offer ! CHUZE this gym hands down
