Never never make a mistake to come to this club and to get a membership and oh no never buy any personal trainings from Rico! You will never cancel it and they will take payments forever from your accounts! And they will tell you that it is your fault! This is the worst club with the worst management in the world! They absolutely not customer oriented! When they sell they say 1 thing when you need to cancel it happens to be impossible forever! You have to pay them for nothing! Forever! Don’t make a mistake don’t go to this club!

Overcrowded, no enforced rules on machine use. Never get in a full workout. Always have to wipe my hands on my pants after washing.

Its a good size facility. Feels like there needs to be a lot more customer service from the kids who work there. Maybe not attention to customers so much as how they communicate with people, be more professional. I am also sure there are many things all those extra people can do other than looking at their cell phone. Like putting paper towels in the restroom which are never there! Or how about a second dispenser, one for the entire locker room? There are a few people who work there and are very attentive, great communicators. Step it up a notch, it doesn't cost anything to delegate more responsibility to the employees in your business, give them more training on how to talk to customers. Most clients aren't high school kids and don't want to be spoken to as such.

Customer service is ABYSMAL and honestly just disrespectful. They talk to you as if you’re 5. Employees often don’t even know the answer to the simplest questions.

Go here twice a week with my husband and woman at the front desk is always so helpful and kind. Very nice and clean good pool hot tub sauna idk yet

Within the past couple of months this gym is a total dissapointment. You are now not allowed to bring in your workout bag due to theft. When I go to the bathroom to wash my hands, some of the members there are washing their hair inside the sink. It is digusting! I also got kicked out of the spinning room when there was no class because the cleaning lady had to mop. I hope this all changes because this gym does have potential...

The club doesn't provide paper towels. No hands drying machine after bathroom use. Front desk staffs are unfriendly. The only staff member who is nice is Irene, the cleaning Lady who works night shifts not the Irene who works day shifts

Hands down the worse gym in orange county. The weights are left all over the floor. The trainers are rude and obnoxious. The machines are old. The bathrooms never have paper towels or toilet paper. The management is disrespectful if you try to bring up any of these issues. The cleaning lady is incredibly rude. Best stay out of her way, or else she'll give you dirty looks for the rest of your time there. And you're not allowed on the turf.....

Been coming to the gym for a little over a year now but the last few months so many things have changed and the gym is just horrible now. I believe this is due to new management. You never see the same faces it seems like employees come and go. There’s never paper towels in the females restroom One can’t even dry their hands. It seems like they are on a tight budget but the gym seems to be overly crowded. If the budget is really the issue then why don’t they just add hand dryers. I am a mother who goes to the gym after work and I always take my kids with me but a few days ago they posted a sign at the kids club that they will be closing the kids club after speaking to the lady who works there which by the way is very kind she said that it was due to “not having enough kids to keep the kids club open” that is a huge lie how many kids do they want with only one person watching them? There’s been times when I take my kids in it is extremely full. This is a huge inconvenience given the fact that they recently charged my account for The kids club membership I think they should’ve at least given us a one month notice not a few days. This gym was good but bad management can ruin anything. unfortunately will have to be switching gyms.Overall: CHANGE MANAGEMENT!
