Coach Sullivan is one of the best. His knowledge and mastery of a variety of combat tested martial arts was earned on the mat, and in battle. No BS defense is what he offers with a skill set developed over decades of application in the ring and on the street. This is a coach that can whoop ass with gloves or on the ground while being able to take a step back and explain the ‘how’ to the slowest and most uncoordinated students (I know...).What you will find at FusBoxe:Coaches that win in their sportCoaches that practice what they preach in an environment that fosters respect and disciplineClass structure that emphasizes functional movement, fitness, and fun-no fat black belts instructing you in sloppily performed techniques-no cult of personality or mind games so prevalent in the industryI knew how to fight when I started here. This is where I learned to lift. This is where I learned move. This is where I learned to end a fight.

Great place to train! My kids and I trained there for a few years and plan to return soon. Coach Mike is a great teacher and helps you not only learn but also understand everything. There's a very family oriented aspect to the school and every one is great and treats you with acceptance and kindness.I was really out of shape when I started and after a year I had lost 45 pounds and won my first kick boxing tournament. Training with coach Mike and the rest of the Fuseboxe family was an amazing experience and I will return to training soon.

I love this place. Very professional, it's like a family there. Everybody helps everybody out, no judging or looking down on anyone. You learn a lot of self control and respect. I lost a lot of weight training with Mike Sullivan, my son is still training to fight with him and has learned so much. I recommend it to everyone at any age, no matter what goal you have. From weight loss, self defense, training or competition. You won't regret in joining this awesome family!

This place has been a second home of mine since I was 13 years old. I can't begin to explain how much I have learned from Michael Sullivan and the team at Fusboxe over the last 13 years. No pun intended, this gym packs a punch. You’ll get diverse techniques from all types of combat sports with both sport and real life applications. On top of learning all types of combat sports, coach Sullivan takes strength training and conditions just as seriously. So in terms of “amenities” of what you’ll have access to here, it doesn’t get much better than this. What sets this gym apart from the thousands of other martial arts gyms? The people and family you become part of here. Like I said, I’ve been part of this family since I was 13 years old and I wouldn’t be who I am without this gym. I’ve become an expert in many aspects of combat sports but I’ve also become a better person because of Fusboxe.

FusBoxe is a great way to work on your fitness goals while simultaneously learning up on man. I have never met someone with a passion like coach Sullivan. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to enter the mma scene or just looking to reach fitness goals.

Love this place, love the environment, it truly is for all levels. I came in knowing nothing and walked out a pro Muay Thai fighter. It's for more than just competing, self defense, cardio, grappling the list is long. It's definitely worth stopping in, you'll get a feeling of safety and family right away, something that other gyms of this nature lack in a huge way.
