This place is horrible. Actually, the idea behind the business is something I can support which is why I went there for the free trial and signed my two sons up for memberships. Unfortunately, the owner Krista Poole is very unprofessional and so difficult to work with, she ruined the entire experience. How this woman is still in business is beyond me. In order to sign up, you have to give them your credit card info, and the payments are automatically withdrawn monthly. I would advise you to keep an eye out on your account if you sign up. They were withdrawing extra payments for several months and I did not catch it right away because they were withdrawing them on different dates. I spoke with Krista about the matter and eventually tells me how it's my fault she withdrew extra payments because it was for my other son, (my oldest son who only had a 3-month membership) this made no sense to me because while my other son was a member, Redline was withdrawing both my son's payments on the same day as one payment. Then when my son's 3-month membership ended suddenly the membership withdrawals separated and were on different dates. Shady! Then Krista Poole had the nerve to explain how this situation was unfair to her because she was justified in taking the money?!?!? Her hostile demeanor and aggressive manner were just nonsense, she wrongly withdrew almost $2000 from our account. I told her I would hire a lawyer and take her to court if she did not refund our money. She yelled at me on the phone and told me to "calm down, there was no need for threats because you got what you wanted, I refunded all your money" then she hung up on me. Turns out she only refunded 6 of the 9 $170 withdrawals. Which means basically she kept $510 that was not authorized for her to take. If she would have just returned all of the payments I would have dropped the matter and walked away. But now I do feel the need to spread the word. This is not a person I would want my children around and not a person I would give access to my account. In Response to Owners Response: You did not refund me $2000! You refunded 6 payments of $170, after wrongfully taking 9 payments of $170. This lack of integrity is not valuing your customers at all. However, if I am mistaken, and you did in fact refund me the entire amount of each of the 9 payments, please show me proof of those refunds because I do not see them on my end. I will gladly take down my review because then, I would appreciate you at least tried to do right by my family. I am well aware of what I was told when I signed up Krista, which is why even though my other son joined football two months before his Redline contract ran out (and he stopped going to Redline) we still paid for the full year because we signed a year contract. I signed a three month contract for my other son (I remember telling you we could only do three months because he was leaving for the Air Force, we even discussed the trainer you had on staff who had been to the Air Force) so 3 months is all I should have been held accountable to pay.

Tried a free session here when looking for training option to help high school athlete improve speed & agility. The facility was nice, the trainer was great and very welcoming. We ultimately chose somewhere else because the location was far from us, the hours are very limited (doesn't open until 3), and the group sessions were mostly comprised of upper elementary and middle schoolers, at least when we were there, and that was a definite no-go for her. There was just one other, younger high schooler and between her sessions & catching the end/beginning of the ones before & after, we saw 3 groups. My daughter also felt that the training didn't push her much, but she's already in great shape. One-on-one sessions are available and that would provide for more targeted & individualized work as compared to their group drop-in sessions. The free session comes with a lengthy sales pitch & some pressure to sign up before you leave, which is to be expected, but I personally don't care for discounts that are only good if you sign up right then & there.

My son has been going to this Redline almost a year now and loves it. The coaches and owner are great. He has come so far since the beginning of his training sessions. I am very impressed and looking forward to my son's journey. My daughter is joining soon too!

Fantastic place for youth sports training. My son has been going there six months and has made dramatic improvements in coordination, speed, agility, and explosive strength. Whether your kid plays soccer, football, basketball, baseball, or just wants to become more athletic, this place is fantastic. The trainers really make it fun for the kids while teaching them how to safely train.

Great staff that understands how kids and teenagers work, my son has been going here now for a year and a half. And from those 18 months he has developed more confidence in him self and physically. We will continue to go here.
