Overall a good experience - staff was knowledgeable and I got a good stretch in. However, ongoing pricing is expensive and they make you purchase grippy socks which are a waste of money. For my first time I spent the majority of your time on a bench stretching and not the floor so I don’t understand the grippy socks.

Cycling typically leaves me with hip and low back pain. Caitlyn at the StretchLab has been awesome keeping it at bay, and when it has cropped up, after a session, it’s gone. This has been more effective than Chiro care, which I am also a big fan of.

I’m conflicted here. The person who helped me today during my discounted first session was knowledgeable, but wasn’t a licensed PT (associate’s nor doctorate). I definitely gained some insight as to how to stretch and enjoyed it, but there is NO way I’m paying $300/month to work with unlicensed trainers. I’m not even sure what their credentials are/if they are trained “in house” when they are hired. For anyone else looking for physical therapy alternatives, just be aware that a physical therapy degree is the golden standard for PROVING that you understand biomechanics, and have been to school to facilitate LONG-TERM goals and care plans. I’m not saying that the people there aren’t knowledgeable, and like I said, I learned a decent amount to implement into my own personal stretching, but how can you have consistency among staff there if there isn’t a certification requirement? At that price, I would’ve expected that. Would definitely be interested if it were less, I like the service but don’t feel that it’s priced correctly. I’m also hesitant to pay them and see where we go past just an “intro session”, where now we have to develop plans and see long-term results (which, again, I would trust much more if under the guidance of at least one DPT)

Andrew has been absolutely amazing and has helped my range of motion throughout my body, especially my neck. I frequently workout and workout hard 5 to 6 days a week. He truly has been a blessing, thank you

Entire staff was great. I worked directly with Matthew. He was good at explaining the stretches. I felt like I got the best stretch of my life.A month into my routine and I am definitely feeling improvement. I've worked with Matt, Grace and Caitlin. All good!..A few months in now and still getting good results. Very grateful to Matt especially for his continued efforts and knowledge. Highly recommend this place.UPDATEContinuing to work with Matt. I am dealing with a recent minor injury at the moment and he helped me find a solution to keep me active while working through this setback the next couple weeks. I appreciate his helpful knowledge and experience.
