Williams Academy of MMA

I've been training here just almost a year now, I started out going just twice a week and now go almost everyday.I enjoy that it's actual MMA, one day we're Boxing the next its Jiu Jitsu.I'm a former smoker and never really thought I'd get my lung capacity back. I would literally be on the floor after 2 rounds. Now I can spar round after round. Doesn't matter if if we're grappling or going to strike it out, my cardio has improved ten fold.I enjoy the small family like community we have as well. I have confidence in my team when training, it's a really safe environment considering what we're training.

I've been coming here since 2014! Corey and his dojo have been a pillar of the community and hands down the best place to learn martial arts in a fun, engaging, and structured way.Can't recommend enough!!

I have been attending classes at Williams MMA for a little over 10 years and have enjoyed my time there very much.I have watched many young people grow up there and attain advanced belts.I highly recommend this dojo for training in MMA for adults and children.

Gotta be one of the best places in Huntington Beach, if not Orange County to learn MMA. From grappling, to boxing, to kicking, it really covers it all in great detail. They also make it fun and warm hearted for people of any age, gender, or fitness background. Highly recommend.

One of the best MMA and jiu jitsu dojos in Fountain Valley! I was very nervous to attend at first, but the coach and owner, Corey Williams, made me feel very welcome! He demonstrates a wide variety of techniques like boxing, grappling and self defense. He also does a lot of cardio and strength training.

This is an amazing martial arts gym to attend to. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The fellow students are also friendly and eager to help you learn more. Wether it be a striking or a grappling class you will definitely grow more and become more confident. It is also a fun way to help get you into shape and improve your cardio.

Nothing but good things to say about this academy. They have been training our kids for about three years now and we couldn’t be happier. They are professional, patient with kids, very knowledgeable in their field and have great teaching skills. It is clean, spacious - a welcoming environment. They have adult classes which we have attended and enjoyed as well. Highly recommend!

Sensei Corey is patient and works very well with our girls. He makes them feel comfortable and continues to help build their confidence. Their techniques and confidence improve after every class. Highly recommended for all types of children, from shy and hyper.

This is a great community MMA school. It's difficult in the mma and jiu jitsu community to find a more honest and hard working teacher than Corey. He's a legit jiu jitsu practioner and his striking is is a well rounded adaptation of kenpo karate and may thai.I've trained at some of the toughest academies around. There's no shortage of great fighters out there teaching, but there us no place I could recommend more to bring your kids and family to.It's a blessing to see deep martial arts discipline and still thriving
