Once you sign the contract anything you say can and will be used against you. You'll feel the limitations in there and if the employee is petty you're definitely going to feel it.Clerks don't help much.

Good instructors, but the locker room floors look like they haven't seen a mop in a great many years. Invest in some water shoes.

Do not use them they give you fake offers to stay with them then don't honor them. All the staff is uninformed even about what open in their own gyms. Smug and talk to you like if you're dumb. Just lost a loyal customer.

Its been my goto for about 5 years or so. I only go to play basketball and the best part is there are TWO courts!! The downside is if there are alot of people, its a long wait. They are doing alot of improvement and it looks like they will be looking alot nicer. The pandemic has slowed the foot traffic down but there are still enough people to get some good competitive runs.

1.Dirty 2. Jaqucy has been out of order many many times 3.some Showers are out of order: no water , no hot water, no shampoo, dirty 4. Client turned the music to the extremely top volume which scared away some clients, but the front desk clerk still ignored it.

it became a very unpleasant place in the men's bathroom area the steam room has not worked for 15 days now the sauna has not worked for a month the toilets are stinky yellow apparently nobody cleans this horrible and paying a platinum membership is a total robbery

I use to be an employee at this location and I can honestly say that Management needs to be changed. To the degree that this club is not taken seriously was the reason I and many others quit within a couple months. This location has had roughly a dozen employees quit on the spot due to Michaels inability to manage this club. A couple of us employees he marked as not eligible for rehire even though we put in our two week notice, this man is seriously flawed.

General cleaning improved a little bit, not sure how the health dept allowed this place to operate, Spray some Bleach!It’s partially the members, dirty shoes and not rinse off sweat before entering in the wet areas. Maybe they need bigger sign,SHOWER before enter! NO SHOES.Showers are full of mold and slimes.

Decent gym but many members don’t shower before going in the pool and they mess up the sauna/steam room. They need to clean and maintain the equipment more often. They are often out of order. The locker room is disgusting. I wear sandals but I still feel dirty and I feel like I need to burn those sandals. Bathrooms are always dirty.
