This facility is UNBELIEVABLY dirty and smelly. I've returned several times to see if there were improvements in a 4 month cycle while in the area but nothing has changed. I've requested the women's locker room and restroom to be cleaned and haven't seen it happen yet. I've NEVER been able to complete a workout because the equipment is either old and or broken. The sauna area is HORRIBLE! I give up... I do NOT recommend this facility. Very disappointing.

This gym is one of the worse in customer service! This happened 2 weeks ago. I got my 24 pass from Costco for the past 4 years and I didn't know mine had expired and the store manager right out lied that I can't buy from Costco anymore and tried to sell me their special package! Another episode today that was rude that I've decided to write this review! I signed in first and then I forgot something in the car and when I came back in the person in the front, tony, raised his voice and yelled at me and said the exact words " I need you to sign in again!!" I did and told him that I can but he can be nice about it!!! I don't know where they r hiring these low class rude people to serve their customers! Hope they train their employees on common courtesy!

One of the worst gyms I've been to. Maximum capacity all the time. Hot as hell. Couldn't tell if there were actually any staff members working there. Took me a half hour to get into a squat rack because of the mobs of newbs and girls doing 20 lb. squats. I drive over 10 miles further to another 24 Hour even though this nightmare is closer.

This 24 hour fitness is a little bit bigger than the other ones I go to. It's still a sport gym. Though I do get my towel as part of my super sport membership. That's not something you see at other sport level gyms. The classes are great, but the machines can be busy throughout the day.

Very poor air ventilation, it stinks like everyone's sweat and bad odors!! I can't breath in there let alone workout in those conditions. The equipments are very old and broken also. They should take out the old carpet as well, that would probably help with the air quality in that place. Wow and the girls restroom was ridiculously unsanitary scary!!! It smells like urine and musk. I went home sick to my stomach. They need to do some serious changes in there. I don't care about upgrading their equipment, I am mostly concerned about simply cleaning the place!!!!

This 24 Hour Fitness is just fine for a quick workout when you do not have enough time. The staff at the front desk are not friendly and do not welcome you. Also the locker and shower room are nasty. Shower curtains don't close!!! But I give this 24 hour fitness a star for being less crowded than other 24's.(You don't need to wait for using the machines like you do at other gym's) Also, parking situation is perfect! They have less cars and more spaces.Ps. If you are the person whom loves to sit in the sauna after a workout, this gym is absolutely not for you. Because their sauna is very small (4 people max).If you want a quick workout, come to this 24 hour fitness. All other things, go somewhere else.

Very good staff.... only complaint is the out dated machines and weights... the rubber plates for the bench are cracked and chipped. The bench press is not bolted to the ground. I think its unsafe.. it needs more bench press machines.. and a lil makeover lol

In regards to the club itself, it is a bit aged, but they have a fairly diverse set of equipment and machines. You can definitely find something new to keep your workouts fresh here. The staff always says hello and have a nice day...That's about all the good. The club is PACKED all the time (I worked out at 5:30am when most clubs are empty and still had to navigate through all the people). No one wipes down their equipment or puts anything away so all of the machines are loaded with plates. And one squat rack? Come on!Also, signing up and cancelling were a bit of a fiasco. I was only in town for 6 weeks and I was required to sign up for a minimum of two months (they take first and last month at sign up) and couldn't have my membership just expire at the end of the two months, it went on to an auto-renewing month to month membership. The gal that signed me up offered to give me a call before my membership dinged me for a 3rd month I wouldn't be present for then called me 3 days after the payment would have posted (luckily I had already cancelled). The first day I went in to cancel, the manager informed me he couldn't leave the front desk and I would have to come back another day to do it. When I went in the 2nd day, there was no manager present at all. I elected for their cancellation hotline, which wasn't too bad aside from being on hold for 15 minutes, but got it taken care of. Just tell them you're moving to France and they won't have much of an answer for why you shouldn't cancel.Next time I'm in town I'll probably try a competitor. Its a shame because its really convenient to the hotel I always stay at.

Great gym. Patrons are friendly and staff are willing to help when need be. Equipment isn't as old as people say it is, but compared to what is out now I suppose they're aged. It is all about how you can push yourself with the equipment given to you. Just because its old doesn't mean you're going to get a bad workout. No complaints on the equipment or weights. They have everything I need for lifting, but the only thing is that the dumbells go up to only 120 lbs. Nothing more. People have complained that there are too many old people or not enough "women". Honestly, if thats what you're complaining about, then you shouldn't be going to a gym at all. It also doesn't smell like old people, since someone actually told me. It actually smells worse at the Walnut location, if we're here to compare smells.
