I'm so glad 24 hour fitness declared bankruptcy! Looks like years of the quality of their service finally caught up to them. It's such a good relief to see examples when life/karma/justice is fair.Not sure if all stores are closing, but if not I'm hoping this specific location gets taken down - it really is the worst of them all in terms of their staff.

The gym facility and equipment are solid. Staff here are very friendly. Alex, Mercedes, and the lead trainer - all fantastic. I have to say the locker room isn’t always that clean. But could it be the fault of the clientele? Or perhaps this gym hasn’t been adequately staffed with enough folks to manage the amount of traffic coming in?

The gym location is attached to a mall. Parking is relatively easy and accessible. Definitely limited during busy hours, it is situated in a large parking lot with plenty of availability despite having to walk a little bit. Staff are friendly, and the gym has plenty of amenities. The equipment is old and needs updating. I prefer some of the old school equipment, but that is just me. Can't say too much about the cleanliness of this 24 Hour fitness because when I come to this location, I try to get in and out as quickly as possible.

The girl that work in the kids club on saturdays is just not professional ,she doesn't has the attitude and patience to take care of kids .

I just signed a two-months contract,when the contract ended,still charged my two months money.After communicating with the manager,just returned one month money.That's worst, Refuse to fraud,Never come again!

Sorry but this is the worst 24 hour fitness I've been to. Even the one by my house in lancaster is better. Lol everything I wanted to use was broke. Smh get it together guys

Dirtiest location I’ve been to. None of the weights are where they’re supposed to be, restroom/saunas look like they haven’t been mopped in weeks, cable machines missing handles...

This location is filthy as hell, mold is everywhere in men's locker room, swimming pool AND spa are filled with chlorine. And the equipment on the floor was filthy, never cleaned. Who is the manager for this location? Where is your standard?
