Members appreciate the gym's helpful and friendly staff, but the facility faces significant maintenance issues. Close to home. Friendly staff. Generally clean. Can get pretty packed with machine huggers and their buddies taking over a section and alternating sets till they're satisfied. Come early if you want to avoid that.

This place is so terrible ,Is super disgusting .I don’t know why the staff doesn’t care of how poor this place is ,I’ve seen homeless people in the night staying at the gym using the pool and jacuzzi no one has done anything not even the staff .They just care about the money. There’s a man upstairs doesn’t seem poor ,I’ve seen him with 2 cellphones and a tablet just sitting there in a small place where he sort off hides .I see him every night when I go and he leaves in the morning when all staffs come in to work lol. Almost everynight I see different people from outside with metal health coming to this gym ,I don’t know how do they even let these people in or give them membership.People have to keep complaining or at least stop coming to this gym and find somewhere else to go to that that is worth your money this place is the worst!!.People of the morning can’t see it because they come in the morning but the night ones do .And they leave the restroom very dirty and disgusting that’s why they look filthy and plus this place is so old. They need to remodel this place.

Please close this place down before someone gets an infection somewhere. Dirty facility and it smells awful. Warning to all, sign up elsewhere. Drive a bit further. Don’t go to this gym, it is disgusting. Nobody cleans anything and it’s dated.

It smells, it’s dirty, and small with hardly enough benches to lift dumbbells. The workers here don’t care and are unprofessional. Some things that break here take forever to be fixed. These are the hand dryers in the men’s restroom.

I stopped going to 24 hr fitness in rowland heights because of several reasons of whick corporate never does anything about. For insrance. They do not have enough smaller dumbells so i always have to hunt for them. They also are over crowded. The pool area is dirty i got a fingal infection on my toes from there and the doot way is risted out so bad it has holes. People in the pool area spit all over the edge of the ppol and on the tiles so disrespectful.I try to ask the front desk to keep the gym floor dry mopped so i can safely use the locker room but they never do it. As a result i slipped twice. Then i try to dry the floor near my locker myself.

This is the worst gym I have ever been to. The weights are never ever racked, the equipment is never clean, and much of it doesn’t work at all. I have not once seen a member clean or pick up any weights. In fact I reracked the dumbbells a couple times in hopes that it would catch on but it never did. Management is horrendous. I complained multiple time and nothing was ever done. They have a list of rules but at any given moment they are being broken. I am here purely because it is the closest one. I tried going to different ones but the distance made it a nuisance. If you’re thinking about joining 24 Hour, don’t. Find something else. Unless you know there is a nice gym close by don’t bother. It is a business that only cares about money, not fitness.

Probably the worst gim ever. I intentionally misspelled that because it doesn't deserve to be called a gym. Just like the other reviews state, this is the dirtiest gym out there. I always find pubes in the shower. I once found human feces in there too. If it wasn't for my basketball fam, I wouldn't come here. This is the gym that 24 Hour Fitness HQ forgot about. I remember when they didn't have any shower curtains for a couple months. No privacy at all!Would not recommend coming in here. There is a new Super Sport that was built in Walnut.

I don’t understand how this gym is still open. It is not well maintained which includes the workout equipment and the steam room was absolutely laden with trash inside. One guy inside was spitting inside the steam room on the benches! I was disgusted and didn’t even use the steam room. The weights were half missing and the weight machines were broken and non functioning. No one that works there seem to care. They should shut this place down for hazards to health and safety.

Mishmash of different colored gym equipment, 2 basketball courts; worn out, hand-me-down plates but hey you get like twenty 10-lb plates.
