Crunch Fitness - Wichita Falls

Went in during a business trip for a quick workout as I was ahead of schedule. Gentleman I worked with to get a day pass was very helpful and kind (even when I was to dumb to operate the water fountain). Clean facility with plenty of room to get all the working out in you want.

The gym itself is average. It has everything you need for beginners-advanced athletes. I will say it’s overly crowded unless you go midday and even then sometimes I wait for equipment. On the other hand I can’t say enough good things about Kids Crunch. We travel all over TX for work so I’ve had many memberships to large gyms and I’ve never met a staff that cares more than they do here. My little one is 1 1/2 so separation anxiety has been an issue at past places, but after a few days spent there it’s her favorite place. Tatiana and Jozy are the best and make sure every little one is cared for and safe. I’m relieved my little one has a safe/fun place to hang out at while I get a work out in. 🤍

The gym itself is really nice. Spacious with lots of equipment. But it's so crowded in the evenings.

For how many people go to this gym and the cost of membership, they sure can’t manage upkeep of equipment/cleanliness and many machines stay broken for MONTHS. They can’t even keep weights/clamps stocked at each lifting station. If it wasn’t one of the only large gym options in WF, they wouldn’t have half the members they have

The staff is full of great vibes from the warm welcome, to the offering of personal trainers to partner with you on next work out at no charge, suggesting classes, offering monthly promotional items, Even remembering to ask you how you were workout. Went on the way out the door! They really show a love for their jobsn and the members.

This is a great gym for beginners and experienced people. This was our first type at a gym! We felt welcomed, comfortable, and at ease. The layout was easy to find what you're looking for! The hydromassage was a great ending to our first workout! We're excited to become members of Crunch Fitness!

For the past year I have not been permitted on the gym floor due to age, I thought kids crunch would be boring but I have established friendships with the staff and always enjoy being there to help with the little kids. Recently I became of age to enjoy the workout facility and I am so excited to have such an amazing club to explore, being young still it is good to always have personal trainers available for my questions, several of them even work out with me! I love this place

I went at 4am to find two young girls laying on their yoga matt's under a heavy boxing bag. I told them that I eventually would like to do a short heavy bag workout and I asked very politely with my hands in a prayer gesture the first thru 3rd time, and when they ignored me and gave me multiple rude gestures I went to ask for management and there was none but two employees came to examine and I was asked by them to just wait. I am deaf and have Type 2 diabetes. I am an older man of God and usually am mature in patience. I became irate and almost had to be escorted out while attempting to make a rational point, but the two girls that were working out and not giving me enough room in the "Hit Zone" we're never asked to move for me by the employees. I understand we must share, but they sure weren't willing to. I'd been boxing the bag there for over a year and believed that at that specific time of day would be an easy morning for a good workout to start my day. I was asked by staff to leave because of my anger at this reasoning and I was grieved by the outcome and very sorry. Management is awesome in respect, but there was no manager there. I had recently given a 5 star review. I deleted a negative review concerning this issue. The fact that Iwas personally dealt with by staff in a fairly well way because of my anger convicts me to admit that the staff did the best job that they could at the time. I would love to see that this particular facility would address and better organize the "Hit Zone" for folks wishing to use any of their 4 heavy boxing bags. If these girls would have been doing this in the free weight area someone would have told them to move. The two or more different types of exercises could have been separated for ample space. I feel humiliated, but kudos to the two non management staff for keeping things peaceful. Peace and safety are assured at this Crunch Fitness location. However, I believe there should be a reorganizing in this particular workout area. I don't want to trip over someone or some equipment. Just a little bit of footwork space. How can this be reconciled? This Crunch Fitness facility is a very important staple for the community.

To reply to the businesses condescending response: I left a review on behalf of my boyfriend who had been trying to get in contact with this business via phone, email and certified mail but never heard back. It wasn’t until I left the review that we finally heard from someone and got our 6 months of gym fees back. So I’ll amend my review and add a star because we did get it handled but be aware that getting in contact with this business is a long process and may require you to leave a review.We have moved out of Wichita Falls TWO YEARS ago and are STILL paying for this gym. They told us to cancel we had to send a certified letter so we did. We called the manager and she said they received the letter and canceled the account but several months later and we are still paying for this gym!!

Been going here for two years now. Great equipment and friendly people.
