I like crunch fitness. It has everything you need. But at certain times it's completely packed. One little complaint I have is the music they play. Sometimes it's quiet other times it's kind of loud. It should be on the quiter side on my opinion.

I wish I could put 0 stars! The customer service was extremely horrible! A set of racist staff! I have seen many gyms come and go. learn to treat people right! Don’t even bother commenting under my post I’m not interested!

Nice gym. Just don't expect people to put their weights back when they're done or wipe their sweat off of the equipment. If people had more gym etiquette there, I wouldn't have canceled my membership.

It’s on the smaller side but still one of the best gyms I’ve been to. They have all the equipment you need. And the workers are very friendly!

Nice facility but it is so incredibly crowded that I was finding myself spending an extra half hour at least at the gym just waiting for equipment to open up. This is even at 5am in the morning. Switching gyms due to how ungodly busy it is.

Warning⚠️ I LIKE this gym, so disappointing. I’ve NEVER been fooled by a company before. I never leave reviews and didn’t even know how to make one until now for this purpose. I had to cancel my card due to suspicious activity and since been bombarded with MULTIPLE texts, emails, and calls. I wasn’t near the gym and only use it in college so I waited until I was home. all the messages said they waved my late fees (in college so that was a plus) and gave me a balance. Literally saying how much it was MULTIPLE times.I was then overcharged the amount promised and the lady on the phone had an *immediate* matter of fact/over it attitude towards me. Of course one would assume their account reflects the amount they were CONSTANTLY emailed and spammed about. It would’ve been no complaints and fair from my pov (since I was late) if I was never told it was waived multiple times or could even find how to waive it. I’m NEVER rude to staff I work in costumer service, but the woman wasnt understanding at ALL and seemed very irritated at me for asking about the balance. Very disappointing to be treated that way. It was like she was mad at me for even THINKING I deserved a waive for being late even though it was offered to me😭 I was only late 2 months.After complaining about how my card declined in the past (for way too long),It wasn’t until I asked again about the messages and if they mean nothing did she inform me about my actual concern, instead of honing in on balance, saying that I had to tell the person at the desk to waive it for you as if to say it was my fault. NOWHERE on the website does it state how to properly waive fees or the messages they bombard you with as well as in person. I’m leaving this to WARN anyone (bc crunch sure won’t) and blow off steam since I’m sure there will be no solution for this. They take your money and that’s it even when mistakes like this are easily avoided by informing ur customers properly or at all considering you can’t find that info anywhere on Google. So if you’re ever late to pay because you have a life and they “promise” to waive it, now you know what to do. don’t make my mistake.

Love the atmosphere. Friendly people and staff. And everyone takes care to clean up after themselves after they get done doing their sets. ONLY problems I may have is that the red knobs that are used to set the height and seating are missing on some of the machines and likewise a couple machines have some padding torn but if you fiddle with them long enough you can get the adjuster free and move it. That and there’s been some seldom occasions that one, maybe two, machines or benches are taken up by people that sit and text for ages leaving you wishing there was one more of that kind of machine, bench. Otherwise great place with some great value. Edit: starting to get mad irritated with machines not having adjustment knobs and not having things repaired. At least 6 machines were out of order for padding being removed, that was otherwise torn or messed up for months, that should’ve been repaired promptly..Edit: since the new year there’s a bunch of new faces. Now the only thing I can gripe about is not having enough machines, benches, or weights to use.

The best thing about this gym is the convenience of price and being a 24/7 gym. I showed up at 5am to find that they open late on July 5th. No sign on the door, so I thought it must be on the app or website. Nope! Their website says they are open, their voicemail say’s they are a 24/7 gym and my app even says Hours: 24/7. I had to eventually go to their Facebook page where they made one post about it. I don’t follow my gym on social media. Many other people were also confused about this. I feel that they could have done a better job of emailing, texting, or communicating their closure.

I really wanted to like this gym and I did when I first joined a couple of months ago. However the problem with this gym is that with all of the promotions they have been running with free sign ups and what not there has been a huge influx of new members and the gym has become increasingly crowded. I originally joined this gym because it was less crowded than my previous gym but that is no longer the case. I now find myself waiting longer and longer to use equipment and some members will rudely jump in front of you and take something that you have been waiting for causing you to have to wait even longer. In my opinion I would rather pay for a more expensive gym that is less crowded.
