Has a great atmosphere and I love that it's open 24/7. The only downside is that the squat and bench rack are outside. The equipment inside is in great condition and is nice overall.

Great no nonsense gym with a staff that knows their stuff. It’s true most gyms only want to shrink your wallet but I’m glad I found something different and gave them a try!

Amazing gym! It’s a monthly fee, no contracts. If you need to stop, just let them know. Cleaned multiple times a day. Open whenever you want to go, even on the holidays. And with Wilmingtons bipolar weather they also have outside equipment for really warm winter days with overhead covering for that random shower.

Friendly, small, clean, and the gym has everything you need. The price is extremely fair and there is no contract. The owner is a good, likable guy always willing to help. It's a different atmosphere than most gyms - thank goodness.

This is a unique small gym that is convenient, secure, and very clean. The clients who go there are friendly and have built a camaraderie of encouragement around getting healthy. It is a great place to start your healthy journey in the new year because it is reasonably priced and there is no contract.

Love this place. Been coming here for about 5 years. It is the perfect neighborhood gym. Total family feel. Everyone is super friendly. From staff to members. IMHO it’s the perfect gym to stay or get healthy without pressure.
