Nice place. You can access the place any time you want. Great for people who work night shift.

Tiny, but private not busy and great helpful employees. All you want in a gym.Technically it's open 24 hrs a day. Once you join you have a key fob to allow you access 24 hrs a day. But a employee is only there for 8 hrs a day usually.

Friendly staff welcome me every time I go. Rarely crowded. Clean equipment is well maintained. Trainers on staff are available to answer any questions you have.

Absolutely great people and trainers that seem like family. Its not to big and you can access it 24 hours a day even if no one is there. High integrity awesome people with every piece of equipment you could need to get in the best physical shape.
