never in my life have i been in a hot yoga studio that blasted the AC at the end of a hot yoga class. It felt unnatural and unhealthy to cool down that quickly.. most studios do the cool towel and symply cut off the heat. On top of that, Alicias class had no flow to it and felt like 75 minutes of unnatural movements. Shd also spoke TOO much during her class. Ultimately, this studio is sub par and I do not recommend.

There seems to be no consistency within the types of classes. For instance, I went to Be Inspired class and one day it felt more like a hiit workout than yoga, and the next day it was very focused on meditation and restoring. It would be nice to know what you’re getting into before you dedicate part of your evening to a class. Also, it’s not cool to hold the class over 30 minutes. It was scheduled to be 60 minutes but the instructor held the class for 90. Class didn’t seem to have a “flow” to it, it felt very choppy. You can hear everything through the walls and door, every person checking in and every conversation in the lobby echos into the studio.

Maggie is so welcoming - her friendly nature makes you feel at home right away! Christina Joy is a beautiful presence as a yoga instructor. It is evident that she truly practices yoga to it's fullest - not only the asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breath), but also the yamas and niyamas - as well as the other limbs of yoga. She upholds the integrity of the practice through clear instruction and a joyful heart (her name suits her!). I also took the goddess flow with Amber who brought a unique approach to the asanas - allowing us to explore our inner goddess with flexibility of mind and body. This was a treat, as I tend to be very traditional with my yoga practice - and Amber allowed me to express my playful self! I truly feel Be Unlimited is a great community!

HOLY COW! That was one of the best experiences I've had in so long! I attended the 1-19-17, Thursday night session @ 7:30 I believe was the time. And I can not express how amazing the instructor was! She was so attentive to all of us making each of us feel as if we were the only one in the room! She moved around the room and spoke with such ease and care in her voice it made the experience so great! As a "first timer" this was probably the BEST person do introduce such a wonderful form of art! Even though I sweated through my clothing I couldn't have cared less, I was so enthralled with the class my focus wasn't on anything else but finding "my energy" and performing the next position. I can not say enough about how great this place is! It is so calming and relaxing! Everyone there is so wonderful and nice and sweet it made me feel very welcome! I HIGHLY recommend you try this at least once, you won't believe what you get out of it. I definitely plan on returning week after week for this amazing program! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE WONDERFUL CLASS!! :)Update 8/26/17:Amazing class as always taught by an amazing instructor as always. You come ready to sweat it out and boy oh boy do you. This class will have you moving your body around in ways you didn't know was possible! But the best part has to be that all of it feels so natural and comes with ease! Now I'm not saying I didn't struggle to stand on one leg or anything but man oh man if I didn't have the best time trying! Love this place and the entire atmosphere it has about it! It's welcoming to new people (like myself) and also veterans (the people you’re going to look at and see what position they are doing so you know what you are doing is backwards haha). This is something that you can do weekly and I 100% recommend doing just that!
