Such an amazing and claiming experience! All of the instructors are kind and patient, it is a wonderful place where you can feel the calm as soon as you walk through the door! Restorative is my very favorite class, it really promotes ME TIME!

I had a great time participating in the hot yoga session at BeU. I got an intro from the instructor before class, and the whole time I was initiated and focused along with all the other clients. It makes you sweat up a storm! Which felt great if you're looking for a detox for your body. I recommend going and I will definitely try to be going back! Great working, leaves you feeling even better (mind, body, spirit) Thanks BeU!

Absolutely amazing practice tonight. First goddess yoga session and definitely many more in my future!! Everyone at BU is warm and welcoming to fresh faces; nothing is forced and the environment could not be better. Love going and can't wait for what the new year will bring for me. Definitely would recommend!! Best yoga classes in Wilmington no doubt.

Being new to the area (and there not being a ton of signage) I was driving lost looking for the studio. I called and spoke with someone 5 minutes before the start of class and told them it was my first time to the studio. The man repeated this back to me several times and said nothing, other other than giving me terrible directions. After finally finding it, I walked in to be told I couldn't take class. Now granted it is not this man's fault I wasn't there for the 15 minute mandatory intro class (I didn't know I had to take). There are however two other studios offering 9 am classes within a half mile from this one. He could have done the yogi (read KIND) thing and told me over the phone so I could have made a class elsewhere. Had he done that I would've be glad to return to check out this studio. However now, this over scheduled new mom can't make it to a yoga class today.

I love the atmosphere created by the instructors as well as the way the entire studio oozes with love. It's a place to find peace, center, and build your temple. Best yoga studio in Wilmington hand s down.
