I love Orangetheory. I am not a gym person but I look forward to working out as much as possible now. I would highly recommend Orangetheory to everyone. The coaches are great!!7/15/22- great place to work out and meet friends. Would recommend to everyone to try out! U will become addicted

I am new to OT fitness and I have to say, it is absolutely fabulous! The coaches push you and guide you through each workout and the camaraderie with other like minded individuals that desire to push themselves to their limits is empowering. High expectations with proper support given by coaches is yielding great results. Love it!

I never thought I would recommend a gym but here I am, saying you need to give this place a chance. I have never been into fitness but knew I needed to make a change and get in better shape. My husband has been going to this gym for a while now and saw amazing results so I decided to check it out. From the moment I walked in I knew this was different than any gym I had tried in the past. I instantly felt supported, and even though I am super new to working out I have never felt judged. They encourage you to push yourself but at your own pace. Modifications are totally ok and they cheer you on the whole time. The coaches are all amazing, shout out to Grant and Elijah for always being there to help my clumsy self not get hurt while keeping me motivated. I’m still not sure how, but orange theory works. I actually enjoy going to class!

I love it and make every effort to get a class that my schedule allows
