Front desk employees and coaches are very nice. It is a great workout in a convenient location. You can try a class for free and after you do that you will want to sign up for more! I'm hooked.

Love this place and the staff. The coaches and staff were so supportive when injured myself. Seven weeks in a boot due to a stress fracture is no fun. They supported me by modifying exercises to keep me from sitting home and eating ice cream and still in the gym.

I love how, even after 500 classes, OTF is never boring and I always feel better leaving class than before I started. The staff and coaches are all so friendly and supportive and they make sure that, no matter what your fitness level, you get a great and challenging workout! Can’t recommend it enough!!

I did a couple classes already and they all have been amazing experiences. I love the high energy and motivation. It really helps me. Just in the past couple of classes, I’ve burned >800 calories after EACH session. It’s awesome. The coaches are very friendly and energetic. They are also very knowledgeable- they always give different alternatives for each exercise to make sure everyone can do it. I signed up for the Elite program after my first free class.

The coaches are extremely helpful. I have arthritis in my knee. When I am doing the floor exercises, they always come by and make sure I have options so that I can make the most of my workout. It’s the hardest hour of a workout that you will love! Class times are very flexible for any schedule. The workouts are different everyday. No getting bored with a routine. So glad I found OTF !! 🧡
