Best gym I’ve ever been to! Earlier this year I was searching for a gym and I’m so grateful I came across this one! I couldn’t be more happier coming to the gym has never felt so fun! When I first started coming everyone was so welcoming, nice and helpful from the coaches to the members itself the atmosphere is great! If you’re looking for a great spot to come work out this is the place.

If you’re looking for a place to show up, work hard, and have fun while being challenged to become a better version of yourself, you should give The Workhouse a try. Robbie and the team are sincere professionals who look out for your individual training needs, and are there to support you while you make tangible progress. So glad I made the switch and looking forward to seeing this local business thrive!

LOVE this gym and the people. Its an incredibly thoughtful program and I've had far less repetitive stress injury while still building muscle. Because people aren't posting for time publicly, there's less competitive hierarchy than other gyms I've attended. Really enjoy the quality of workouts and gains so far.

So happy I found WHF at a time I was looking to change up my workout routine. It’s been a great experience with great workouts for every fitness level in an encouraging atmosphere. Even in a group session I feel the coaches really give individual attention in a way that maximizes your specific needs and goals. It doesn’t matter if you’re a beginner or advanced in your workouts, WHF meets you right where you are!

I love The Workhouse! As a former college athlete, I was nervous I wouldn’t be able to find a gym that pushed me and had a great community atmosphere, but The Workhouse has given me both! Highly recommend for anyone who wants to get stronger and live a healthier lifestyle. I look forward to my workout everyday!

This gym is awesome and I get such a great workout every time I go! The coaches put together an amazing group fitness plan but then cater it to your needs and goals. If you are a fan of orange theory or F45, give Workhouse Fitness a shot (it’s even better!)

Bianca, Robbie, and Emily are experienced, knowledgeable, and personable fitness professionals. They do an incredible job of not only pushing you to get stronger and reach your fitness goals, but also of developing a sense of community and connection in their gym. Great workout and great people. Easy 5 stars.

I cannot say enough good things about The Workhouse Fitness! I hadn’t worked out in years but the transition back to working out has been a positive one due to the team of trainers at this gym! They are patient, adjust the program to meet you where you’re at, and extremely encouraging. I actually look forward to going to the gym which I never thought I’d say! Looking forward to the results that come from their comprehensive strength training program.

Being new to the Winston-Salem area, The Workhouse Fitness provided not only a place to train but a community of friends that I love to see! It felt like home since day one of visiting and I am more than happy with my decision to keep coming back. Trainers are great and are able to push and accommodate individuals based on their skill level and needs so everyone is ensured a great workout!

The workhouse is an entirely new spin on group classes. I am 27 and have been lifting/training since I was 13. Most of the group classes I have taken have been an hour of high intensity movements with no destination in mind. Robbie and his staff make a point to focus on strength training while incorporating an appropriate amount of cardio so you don’t feel like a slug. The class sizes are strategically capped at 16 so that each person has access to all equipment and you’re not fighting over weights. Not to mention the space is large and resembles more of an athletic training facility than your typical gym. The culture they have created is inviting, fun, and friendly. But there is certainly a healthy amount of motivation and competition to keep you straying from your goals. I would 100% recommend this gym to anyone from my 60 year old mom to a college athlete.
