As a former college/semi-pro soccer player and competitive water skier, I have always been relatively fit. But OTF has definitely made a positive change as my body and mind need a little more "help" in my older years (67). It has given me the extra incentive to push myself a bit more than working out on my own.Joined in late 2117. Knee surgery in late 2118. It was awesome to go back some 5-6 months later. The "welcome back" by all staff, was priceless.If anyone is considering joining, I'd say "go try it...you'll like it". OTF Shrewsbury is fantastic! Classes are serious, but fun. Staff is, well...awesome. The studio is top notch.Unfortunately, I am again on "injured list". Cannot wait to be able to go back!

Orangetheory gives the best workout possible while being able to accommodate for any restriction. The coaches and fellow gym-goers are super supportive. Highly recommend.

Coming up on 3 years as a member at OTF in Shrewsbury. I have never been a member of a gym for so long. I love the workouts - a 1 hour class/workout is perfect for me. There's great variety between more aerobic and strength types of exercises, and it gives me the discipline to do a balanced workout every time. And there's nice variety from day to day. The coaches and staff are awesome here. I'm so grateful that OTF Shrewsbury has been an important part of my life for the last few years.

I’m only two classes in and I’m hooked! The coaches are so encouraging and make the workout feel personalized for you, while the group setting really hypes you up to push your limits! So excited to keep going :)

Excellent, motivating and friendly team members. The coaches are always looking out for you and doing their best to get you going. Always "present" during the workout. The staff is welcoming and knows you by name. All of this motivates one to visit the studio.

They’re amazing. The method is easy to keep up. It’s a full body workout every time and I love it. You don’t have to think about what kind of training to do. They do it for you everyday and trust me, that’s awesome everyday. If you are looking for lose some weight just go for it.

The workouts are always challenging and always changing. Been going almost two years and each week there is still something new. Now during the pandemic it’s amazing how the quality has not gone down due to all the safety protocols in place. Thought working out with a mask on would be a dealbreaker but it’s actually been a challenge that will make me stronger in the long run.
