Love OTF Shrewsbury! Just upgraded to unlimited membership in July (previously 2 times a week) and have loved seeing the staff and coaches more and getting more workouts in.

One hour 3-4 times per week gets it done for total body fitness! I never thought I would enjoy a high-intensity workout, but I've lost 10 pounds since joining a few months ago WITHOUT dieting. I'm hooked!

I had lost my motivation for the conventional gym. I tried "bootcamp" style classes but they weren't my thing. Orangetheory (OTF) is just what I needed! The workout changes every day. The coaches are engaging and supportive (really, can't say enough good things about them). The community is great! You don't have to be a runner or at any particular fitness level to participate. I have been going consistently for 4 months and my results are great! I have more energy, and my mood is better. And I feel like, honestly, all I had to do was show up!OTF is a way of life!

I joined Orange Theory Shrewsbury in April 2018 as a way to cross train for a triathlon in June. My plan was to only go 2 times a week for 2 months and then I’d end my membership because it seemed a little pricey to me. Needless to say, I instantly fell in love with OTF. Flash forward to January 2019 and I’m still a member and I even upgraded my membership to unlimited. You really can’t put a price tag on your health and Orange Theory is worth every penny. I have seen so many improvements in my strength and running abilities. I’m running faster now at 26 than I did when I was in high school! It’s just an added bonus that the staff and coaches are all so friendly, motivating, and welcoming. I recommend it to all my friends and family- I even got my Dad to try and he’s in love with it now too! Definitely give Orange Theory a shot if you’re in the market for a new and fun workout, you won’t regret it.

This studio has become my second home...part of my family and one of the greatest blessings in my wellness journey!Gyms in the past, for me, have been disappointing. No personal touches and to be honest no fun to go to.Not OTF Shrewsbury friends. I’m a founding member and I can’t say enough great things about Jodi and the staff! I trust and enjoy working with each and everyone of them!If you are looking for a fantastic workout, community, and accountability...check out OTF Shrewsbury today!

I've visited the gym as a guest during the interview process and this review will be based on both my overall impression of the location, my review of the workout, and how the interview process was conducted.Location / Staff reviewThe location I visited was the Shrewsbury location near Wholefoods off Rt. 9. The location is clean and new looking having only been open within the past 3 - 5yrs. The staff seemed courteous and welcoming and provided me with a heart rate monitor. They didn't, however provide me with any guidance or understanding of the process of the workout. The workout, is a mad rush to get to either the treadmill or the water rowers. It's a very simple workout with video guidance to show proper form and method of the workouts performed during weights.Interview:This process was horrible. I interviewed for the Shrewsbury location. It started with a phone interview which lasted maybe 10mins and was just talking about my resume and clearing any confusions up. Which is fine but the way it was conducted, the person seemed anything but interested and was just doing it because they had to.So I passed that and made it to the in person interview. Did the class and then was suppose to meet with Jodi, I'm assuming was the branch owner/manager. We spoke briefly about the position. She brought up how there was a bad review on Glassdoor because I had mentioned I did my research on the company. About halfway discussing more about the job and what I had to offer someone walked. She interrupts me, tells me that the person who walked in was very important and couldn't be late for their meeting, and ended the interview pretty much right then and there while gesturing and yelling at the front desk through the windows of the workout room. Seeing her act this way offered to email any further questions so she could get on to your more important meeting. The location owner/manager is extremely unprofessional and has zero time management skills. When I sent in my follow up questions in regards to the job, they went unanswered. I do not recommend Orange Theory to anyone. Based on the strict classes you are required to keep and cost, I would persuade you to get a gym membership and hire a personal trainer to save time and money and have more flexibility to your schedule.*Response to owner*This is based fully on my experience and that alone. My follow-up was based on common practice. I would have declined any offer you would have extended to me regardless based on the way you conducted the interview and the way you treated the interview process in my regard. I'm sorry, but you treated me very unprofessionally and my review is based solely on fact and not emotion. I had no intention of accepting a job at OTF.Best of luck to you and your location. My review stands as such and will not be changed based on your response.

My girlfriend and I were looking for a workout with high variety and high intensity and one where a trainer would lead us step by step through the exercises (so we could focus on the workout and not thinking about what was coming next). And we found exactly that with Orange Theory. We both love it and immediately signed up after our first workout! I highly recommend it if you're willing to put in the work to get the best results of your life.

Great workout sessions. Very good coaches. But if you aren't going 3 days minimum, im not sure you ll see the difference.each day is different, is what makes this fun.

Lexi is an awesome trainer. The staff is very encouraging, welcoming and fun. The people that workout there are engaging and encouraging as well. I had a great time at my first class that I signed up on the spot!
