I was skeptical at first of the 21-day shred program... but this is the Real Deal. The dieting combined with the intense workouts are tough, but worth it in the end. Everyone at Frank Nash's gym is very friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive - creating a great and unique experience. Very happy I did this. I joined Frank Nash Training Systems for the 21 day shred program hoping to get myself in the right frame of mind to finally drop some pounds and get motivated to live a healthier lifestyle. Well the program has done that and so much more. The support and motivation Frank and staff provide is amazing. They push me to be better, stronger, provide info on nutrition and strengthening, and answer questions any time, day and night. The staff is very knowledgeable, and everyone is treated with respect, no matter what size or shape.

I've been a member of Frank Nash Training Systems for the past two years, and it is truly a unique fitness experience. Frank and his team are experts in a variety of training methods and ply their craft in a top notch facility. The membership is like a big, supportive family and helps to create an environment where people of all different fitness levels can work out together and feel comfortable. I'm most impressed by the fact that Frank and his team are motivated by their member's results, not their own. While most gyms focus on getting the member to make a commitment to them, Frank and his team focus on making a commitment to each and every member and their personal success. This place is truly next level; no one I know that has given it a try has been disappointed.
