I'll never use Planet Fitness again after the way they've handled the shutdown. You guys never told me you were opening up again, and after being closed for almost a year you're charging me $50 for my yearly dues? What a joke! Don't blame the government for your lack of leadership and inability to communicate with your clients.I checked my email accounts. Nothing from you guys but advertising for services I can't even use. Last one from last May.

Rude employees. One of the employees was chasing me and yelling me for sharing a coin for the massage chair with my mom. I do not think it's the right way to communicate with customers. I pay over $20 a month for having this kind of service????Gonna cancel membership..

How excited I was to find you opened once again. Even before the second round of COVID closures, your staff and operation did everything possible to ensure a socially distanced and exceptionally clean experience. On my return this morning, the same practices were in play and I noticed even more equipment removed or re-located. The 15 or so persons within were all wearing masks, vigilantly cleaning behind themselves and essentially maintaining more than a six foot distance. As a medical professional, I can say your business/facility is another explicit example of how businesses CAN stay open, be both beneficial and profitable, while still following all mandated guidelines. Thank you!

The company continued to charge my account months after cancellation and fast forward to current day. They are convinced I never cancelled my membership to begin with (regardless of the company refunding my money for their past mistakes) which was disrespectful and narcissistic. The condescending male trainer was of no help and neither was his little blond minion. I asked for the manager and was given Thing 1 and Thing 2 who joint brain cells could probably find the tanning bed but that’s about it.I closed out my account and moved gyms because of these guys. I hope you all have a better experience than I did.

Super friendly and non judgement zone for women. However idk about the men's locker room.

Only place that I my younger teenagers can have a membership so they can work out with me. It is open 24-7 and it is reasonable priced.

Clean place employees helpful very clean especially the bathroom of the ladies. Nice place ..cheap...nothing neg at this time ..

This place is just barley better than your apt. complexes cabana. If you are serious about working out then be an adult and get a real gym membership at a real gym.
