This is my favorite gym. It is so clean and newly renovated!

Lately I’ve noticed they keep this gym really clean. I train here three days a week and the staff is pretty friendly. Only a couple machines are out of commission which isn’t bad because they have tons of cardio and weight machines. Only complaint is I left my wireless headphones in the locker room not long ago. Nobody turned them in so there’s that.

Be careful you paying a startup fee and a yearly amount in addition to 10 -20 dollars a month. Read fine print.

Seems frequent turn over of staff and don't clean as used to in past. Takes awhile til equipment gets fixed but can't beat it for the price we pay.

Love planet fitness big open area large selection of machines its kept very clean and it's 24/7 so you can go around work schedules

This isn't a gym. It's ok for a workout to a degree, but the rules of the company are dumb and they also claim to be judgement free, but they clearly hate on those in good shape using offensive "meathead" posters. That isn't respectful to those who put a lot of time and effort into their bodies.

The $0.25 deal was a total rip off! We didn't even visit the gym and were charged AGAIN. Twice in the same month. When we asked them to reverse our payment because we were not aware that they would be charging us twice for one service, they told us that they are unable to do that. Then when we said we were going to just go ahead and cancel online we were told we would have to either drive in to do that or send a certified letter, BOTH of which cost us! NOT IMPRESSED. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!

Continuous billing even after an agreement was signed to cancel membership because we decided to work out at the pool instead of the gym. Lady was rude when I went in to sign had to take off work in order to be there when someone else was then turns out she never filed the paperwork to begin with. Was told other branches don't have this problem but not worth going back after this. Will fight it out with corporate rather than dealing with the this location directly.

Did not like the fact that Jennifer told me that I wasnt allowed to clean the tanning bed!!! I have always been told to feel free to clean it if u want to. & I do, because more than always they r dirty! The workers only do a quick & basic clean. 2 swipes on the bottom only of the bed! Not clean enough for me! Management really needs to step up at this location for a long time here!

Trainer was great, showed me around and discussed my unique medical condition and was going over the top to help.Went back to the counter to sign up I told him give me the package with everything included. I gave him my card and was told he needed a check for my routing #s, I told him I was not comfortable with that. He looked to his manager for help and his manager smugly looks at me and said, "I suggest you open an alternate checking account to pay us then".Do you guys train your management? Who would say this to a customer and with attitude?Is it not the job of the company to make the client feel comfortable with the transaction not the other way around?Any company that does not trust me and my business card with a $20 a month bill does not need my money.
