Machines are in horrible state. I've asked employees to have them greased and nothing.These machines are primed for injury. Every piece of equipment needs maintenance.Just a few photos attached to show the state of this facility.

Great place. The staff needs to do a better job of enforcing the wipe off rule. If you go there wipe off everything before you use it. The compliance is pathetic.

I recommend getting the planet fitness black card. There are several planet fitness is in the surrounding area, Austintown, Butler, Newcastle. Niles, Boardman… take your pic!With the black card you can choose any planet fitness worldwide. You can bring guests, use the tanning bed, use the massage chairs and you get 50% off of drinks.The gyms are clean with plenty of equipment and free weights. The lockers are in good condition, and the toilets and showers are maintained.Bring your headphones plug them into the machines, and there are several televisions you can choose from through Planet Fitness provided Wi-Fi.Do not forget to take your lock to lock the locker while you use a free locker during your time of visit. When you leave, don’t forget to take everything with you from the locker.Associates are helpful and very friendly. So don’t worry if you want to joint and need help because you don’t know how to use a piece of equipment, they will come and show you, just ask!

I've tried to be patient & understanding but this gym is a joke. Had to come in 3 separate times in person to cancel my membership, and they still billed me 4 months past when I canceled. Their customer service is nonexistent and they will give you the go around and refuse to cancel your membership. Please spend your money somewhere else if you can afford to.
