The staff at this planet fitness is amazing! They’re always extremely friendly! I always opt to go to this one over Boardman because it’s where I truly started working out. Furthermore, I went this morning 05/08/22 and the opener had the doors open at 5:30 even though they didn’t open til 6am! I didn’t get his name but I can tell he is such a hard worker he was cleaning the whole time! He was extremely friendly! This is the type of community we need in this area! Thank you for caring and working hard to keep planet fitness clean and friendly! The new location is absolutely amazing by the way!

This gym is dirty and customer service is terrible plus they have almost no weights. Find a local gym we're your more than just a number.

You have to wear a mask currently but at least they are open. Pennsylvania shut all their gyms down. They are very friendly and helpful.

Don't have many payment choices. People are rude and act big. Owner does not solve problems. The only good thing about this place is the message room

The Hermitage pf was shutdown during cv19 restrictions. Several members from PA myself included traveled to Niles for a workout. The staff and management were excellent.

Love it here. Staff is nice. Equipment is kept clean. They follow Covid procedures best they can. My daily gym.
