Love the gym, everything is always in working order, it's always clean, and the staff is always professional and pleasant. The only downside is that everyone else also likes and takes full advantage of a decent gym. Sometimes it's super busy and almost annoyingly full. Speaks volumes about the gym though. If it sucked it would be empty.

I love the niles store so nice and friendly..unfortuantely I can't say that about austintown very rude and disrespectful I really think u need to get new staff at that store..zack ...that works at niles is amazing he should be a managet

Nice place. Staff seems friendly. Equipment is wiped down with paper towels. That's not environmental friendly, that's why I gave 3 stars

Meh its alright. Lots of cardio machines but like an average Planet Fitness, no free weights outside of dumbbells. & even the dumbbells go up to weights well below a normal gymits harder than s*** to cancel a membership

A very good place to go for workouts. Staff is pleasant, they have an assistant to keep you on track at no extra cost. The gym is clean and they have been adding more equipment

Employees are very rude and disrespectful. I continue to pay but I would like to cancel however they require$60 to get out of the one-year contract. I'm very disgusted with Planet Fitness in Niles Ohio. I don't recommend it.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the equipment is well kept, the gym is spotless, been a satisfied gym-goer for several years, I have a membership elsewhere that I hardly use because of how much I like this gym.

Service sucked, kept messing with my account. So I canceled my memebership and went to boardman. Best decision I ever made. They are so much more nicer and the gym is a lot better!!!

Well once a month on a Mondays when you have a member ship you can eat pizza! And they have different kinds of pizza and this is a gym! Your suppose too workout and loose weigh! I know you need a treat sometimes but what if your really big and just started this member ship and there's 🍕 pizza! …
