Crunch Fitness - Abilene

I went to Crunch Fitness for the first time today already knowing that I was going to sign up. I got help from Katherine, who was very polite and an all around a great employee. Not only does she enjoy her job, she enjoys the impact it has on others. I’ll leave another star to make it a 6 star review. ⭐️

I was so undecided to join a gym, well I went to a group class at Crunch just to tryout and let me tell you I got hooked so I decided to talked to a friendly person on the desk who kindly helped me sign up. So I have been going regularly 💪🏼 Cleaned place and friendly environment.Well yesterday I went to do my walk and by accident I left my AirPots on one of the machines, didn’t miss it till this morning. I called to see if by any chance someone have turned in. I was hopeful by at the same time skeptical by my surprise person who answered the phone said it was there🎶 So whoever returned it Thank you so much ❤️😊

1 star is not low enough. I canceled my membership 4 months ago due to traveling for work and was told I would be charged 1 extra time. My membership was never canceled and I have had to call every month and ask it to be canceled. It still has not been canceled I had to block all charges and they still continue to charge my crunch account. I have talked to 3 people for over an hour. It should NOT be this hard to cancel a membership, it takes less than a minute. The new guy is horrible, the other manager was so much better even though the problem still happened but it was fixed. It's really a scam they don't allow people to cancel. I've froze my account before and this happened that time also. I've had it for 1 year and that's the worst part. The gym is fine, just crowded. Nothing special.

The gym is good and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The past few times I been to the gym I noticed the women's locker room to be full of trash, overflowing to the floor, the cleaning stations located in the facility are empty of tissue to sanitize the equipment. I seen this once and thought maybe it was just a one time thing but I notice the same issue each time. With covid around I feel things need to be more cleaner.

Love this gym, has just about any equipment you could want with a beautiful mix of free weights and machines, they offer a variety of services such as tanning, hydro massage, body scans, classes, personal training, ect.Fair prices for memberships aswell.All in all I've always enjoyed coming up here

Best gym in Abilene by far and for the best prices around. Super amazing staff that makes you feel welcomed every time. Great equipment and super positive environment to level up in!

Jason Hernandez is an excellent instructor! his encouragement, energy and music gives me the strength that I need to complete all his workout session. I love this gym. I have been going since March of 2022 consistently. Wonderful friendly staff, childcare is there and they watch your children, the place is always clean and all the equipment and tanning beds are there that I need! Thanks y’all!

Great gym! The staff there is very friendly, I really like how I don't feel like people are judging me there. The gym was very clean and all the equipment that I use is always working. It has a very easy, stress free vibe and environment.

Great gym, did a free trial while I was in town. Had enough equipment even during peak hours of 5-9pm. All the workers who I talked to and people lifting there were nice a respectful. Saw some of the reviews saying the gym was dirty and that’s not true at all, the men’s Locker room looked super clean to me. $10 a month is a 3rd of the price I pay for at golds, so you get a bang for your buck for sure.
