Planet Fitness Copley is a super comfortable environment that makes it easy to stay motivated to go workout! It is super clean and the staff is super friendly!

Of the four locations I go to, Copley/Fairlawn is my favorite. Brunswick is second. Clean, well laid out. Best staff (Brunswick again a close second). Friendly and knowledgeable.

James is the secret of this center’s success. He single-handedly runs the details, helps the members, and answers questions from folks like me who have never been to a Planet Fitness. He left me feeling like I was a part of the community before I was a member—which is why I knew that this Planet Fitness was the place for me. Thank you, James! Well done.

Planet fitness lies in their advertisement that it is easy to cancel when it’s quite the contrary! The app does not allow you to cancel, nor email. You are told that you have to go in to cancel even after moving to another city. Then after I went in and complained they emailed me and said that I could have sent a certified letter. This is jumping through hoops in my opinion as an e-mail from my email on file is what I would consider to be easy.The gym equipment is not clean, especially the treadmill where I wanted to place my iPhone and water bottle.Also, the patrons do not wipe the machines behind themselves.I was not impressed, but this is what you get for $10 a month. Wish wish that’s all I had paid!And be careful when you go in to cancel, they will sign the agreement for you. I have an email stating that I must cancel in person and no mail option was given.

Always clean, always good staff. Yes this location works for me because they're open later on the weekends when I'm available.

LOVE Planet Fitness! I have been to about a dozen clubs and this one is pretty good. I just moved from Pennsylvania to Akron and this one is on my way to work; pretty convenient.I have one ask, though. Please, PLEASE get one of those abdominal crunch machines that you sit on and your lower half comes up at the same time your top half comes down. If you've never tried this type of crunch machine - - YOU SHOULD! - - It is literally life-changing!I am choosing my new club based on this machine alone and I can't find a single club in the area that has it (although almost all in PA had it.)

The center is clean and well maintained. The staff is pleasant and helpful. I would definitely recommend.
