This place is outstanding. There are lots of machines and the place is clean and well lit. They are staffed 24-7 and the black card gives you access to ant location in the country!

I like the equipment however it was much easier and less wasteful when there was a reusable rag and a spray bottle next to the machines so you could quickly wipe it off. Now they use paper towels and its so wasteful its ridiculous.

I don’t usually write reviews but the staff here is so unpleasant it makes me not want to go. If you’re there to tan it’s always followed with an eye roll and being spoken to like you’re a nuisance. Management is so condescending and rude, no point in trying to talk to them about the staff when they’re a big part of the problem. It’s a great facility but the constant attitude is an issue.

Got in trouble for having my fitness book while recording my weights a few months ago. Just got kicked off a treadmill for having my phone along with another lady. I wasn't talking on it and she was just browsing on hers. I literally use it for my music. We got kicked off just for having them. This place is basically not for anyone who takes working out seriously. This is the rudest staff I've dealt with.

Always clean and plenty of equipment to go around, even in the first week of January! However, a friend mentioned the treadmills were all in use, I never use those so didn't affect me.

Came with a friend as a guest. I'm a member elsewhere as my wife and I enjoy using the other offerings at my gym (i.e. basketball courts, pool, track, fitness classes, more free weights, childcare, etc.). But, if youre just looking to get a good work out in and don't want/need all that stuff, YOU CAN'T BEAT THIS. It's a crazy deal for a nice gym with all the equipment you need, unless you're an Olympic or competitive lifter. Which, let's be honest, you're probably not 😉

THEY SUCK YOU IN and make it nearly impossible to cancel your contract - have tried for six months then they claim you must send a certified letter or come in person. They said cancelling online isn’t official?!?! After calling and being told it was canceled they still debited a $50 annual fee from my account that they will not refund for the upcoming year. Incompetency all the way across the board. The manager was basically reading from a script for her very rude, condescending responses back to the situation. I regret every minute I was a customer. Joined my local YMCA half a year ago and love it would highly suggest never joining this scam PF Has going on!!!

I love this place.. You can not beat $10 a month.. I go every day of the week almost and it's like a family. You see the same people and it's motivating to work out with others around you.. Staff keeps this location super super clean. Nothing bad to say.. It's also in a very great location right next to the highway.

I love the location, it's close to home. I dislike that it is so crowded, I believe they underestimated the area. I get a great workout when I come in around 4am before work. One thing they could do to improve the crowded times, is ask that people do not sit around on the equipment texting on their phones. That is very rude when someone who there for the sole purpose of getting in a workout is waiting to use a machine. On a different note, Planet Fittness prides itself on being a judgement free zone and sets a dress code, well someone must not be paying attention because I workout at least 5 times a week and it never fails that someone is walking around in there with the shortest shorts possible, cropped tanks, sports bras out...you name it. Come to workout, save the "swim wear" for home!

This location hasn't been open long but so far it's the best one I've been to. It's very clean and has a lot more equipment than some of the other ones. I do have one issue, which applies to all of their gyms- what is the deal with those fans? They barely produce any air movement. I'm so hot all the time in there.
