I have nurmours times reach out to planet fitness regard cancel my service with them due to the covid seen the tried contact them now my account is pass due don’t know how after I ask them to closed the account they said they I have to pay i ask to speak to a sr manger or someone above Kayla club manger wasn’t no way help ful not listening to my concerns and she works at Akron Ohio branch on Hawkins please get someone that’s is going to facilitate a gym know what they talking about

The GM Kayla is rude had an interview was there on time and she was late getting things together like she didn’t have an interview at a set time and never apologized for the wait. I wouldn’t even want to go work out there just because of little things like that maters! Just very unprofessional to me! Now I see though, it’s not just one planet fitness discriminating, it’s the whole planet fitness corporation. That’s all I keep seeing on their name……

Only went in for a brief visit to see what all services they provided. I was thoroughly pleased with the customer service and explanation of equipment and services. Not bad for a crowded gym and the price was great too. (I suggest the black card membership)

I really like my planet fitness membership. I have the black card so that I can use the gym anywhere. As a truck driver it can be a life saver.. get showers, stay fit and usually always located where a truck can fit nearby with trailer.

I like the new feature on the app where you can tell how crowded it is. Early AM and late evenings still seem to be the least crowded times. I wish people would be more serious about cleaning up after themselves. Wipe down the machines people it takes 2 seconds.

The generic response that Planet Fitness leaves each under served customer further confirms the inadequate service and pathetic management reviewers have recieved. As a prospective customer I wanted to read reviews on how the members are treated and how the company responds to unfairly treated cutomers. Obviously, this is not a company I am willing to spend my hard earned money with.

I have been going to this location since 2018 and the place is always clean and the staff is very friendly and the equipment is always kept clean but I am transferring to another location because of my work schedule has changed.

Great gym AWFUL COMPANY.I BROKE MY LEG and am confined to bed rest and on a ton of heavy medications after surgery and their policy is apparently to only allow cancelations by physically going into a location WHICH I CAN'T DO!!!! So yeah I get to keep getting charged for a gym membership I CAN'T USE for the 3 MONTHS I won't be able to even walk.Good thing I didn't DIE OR I'D BE CHARGED INDEFINITELY I GUESS.Once I can walk I'm canceling this forever I'd rather be fat. 😒

I’ve been to this location on occasion and prior to this hadn’t had any issues. I have a light spring jacket that I carry with me from machine to machine along with my keys and water bottle. A staff member had asked that I place it in the locker room. I found it odd but told him I would when I was done with my sets as I was actively working out when approached . He said of course . About 3-4 minutes after that , a woman came through and asked the same of me. I explained to her the above and that I was on my last set and would do so when I was complete . She said I had to do it now or I would have to leave the gym! ARE YOU SERIOUS! I have issues with this for several reasons AND this isn’t posted anywhere in the gym as a requirement to workout there . I’m furious .
