I LOVE how motivating & fun OrangeTheory is! Between the amazing coaches, the workout’s specific challenges, and your heart rate monitor stats, OTF is guaranteed to make you want to give yourself your very best. I look forward to my classes and actually find myself laughing throughout my workout! Give it a shot, I promise you’ll be glad you did!!

This pandemic has taught me a few things 1) How easy it is to gain weight, get off track, and just eat mindlessly 2) I have ZERO self-motivation to workout. I try, I just lollygag around. I even own Olympic weightlifting equipment and haven't touched it. 3) I like group classes, I get competitive with myself and work harder.I took a free class today and enjoyed it. It was a benchmark row workout, which gives me a good starting point to reflect back on. It was hard. I sweat. I love the variation of lifting and cardio. Personally, I hate running. I opted to speed walk since I was new and wanted to get used to the program. I burned over 700 calories today! It was so much fun. The ladies in class were supportive, the music was upbeat and fit well, the coach was fantastic, and it was all around a great experience. This month they are offering a free month of membership if you join, so I went ahead and joined and bought the heartrate monitor outright. I am excited to get back into shape!

This gym is amazing. I haven't genuinely worked out in years and the environment let's you be comfortable at your pace while still pushing you to your goals. Also the heart monitors are a game changer!

I love the energy of the coaches, the pace and structure of the workout, and that I am in and out in 60 minutes!

This workout is for every level. Starting out it will be more difficult. A few classes in you will be able to push yourself even further. The amount of calories you can burn is insane!

Wow what an interestingly bad sales pitch to a new customer. I was scheduled to do my first class at this “gym”. Got a friendly call the day before from coach Marcos saying to be there a “little early”. Zero mention of how early. Sure. No problem. Got there 25 mins early. The two desk clerks turned me away. Said I had to be there 30 mins early. FIVE MINS? Are you kidding? Here’s a business tip; if you have a strict policy about needing 30 mins and not 25 to fill out a form and meet the coach then say that on the intro call. How long is the form?!Meh. For the insane money this place wants ($140+ per month! There are other gyms that do this same thing for less than $40) this lack of customer service, lack of new customer focus, bad communication and standing on a silly “corporate policy” isn’t what I’m looking for.Seems like me going to this gym is just a theory.

Amazing workout at altitude!! Front desk people were absolutely amazing and tons of help. And what can I say about the coach , I can’t remember what her name was, but she was awesome!!! If you want to do a class at what I was told is the highest elevation of a Orange Theory in the country this is the place!!

Love this place! Elia, Marco, Bobby, Cathy and all the other coaches are great motivators and have a positive spirit. They are always full of energy and it helps me to want to perform my best. Shane and the rest of the front desk are always polite, professional and helpful. This atmosphere makes me want to keep coming back.
