So I have tried many different gyms, studios and even one boot camp in the park... Prior to starting, my son's friend Elia had just joined on with OT and was really into it as a coach. She recruited my friend Noel and I started thinking. Last Arpil I decided to take the plunge. I came in for my free class. Yes the first class is on OT! I arrive a little early and they walk you through the machines and give you a tutorial on how to set up etc. You get weighed in and then you decide, rower or tread? .Fast forward, I am in January and looking to sign up for my first challenge! The classes are intense and it is truly what you put into it! I love the change of classes and the music is energizing and the boost you need to get through your 60 minutes. The fellow students are all ages, shapes and sizes but all there with the same goal in mind. Everyone is friendly and uplifting! A high five or an occasional fist pump; It is often what gets you through. I will save the best for last, the Coaches, they are all so motivating and helpful. They are always encouraging no matter if you are a master or a beginner. Here is too 2019 and the healthy goals I have set to get through the year! Since April, I have upgraded to unlimeted so I would be able to do classes four times a week. Orange Theory has become a regular part of my workout routine. I feel guilty if I have not at least gone 3X's a week.No time like the present to set your goals!

I absolutely love OTF! The staff is so friendly and the coaches are amazing. I started going there in November 2018 because I was trying to exercise and lose weight on my own and not sticking to it. OTF keeps me accountable when I tell myself I am going to workout and the coaches make sure I am pushing myself but not to a point to where I might get injured. From the first day all the staff starts to learn your name and eventually they, along with the members, become like a family. Although the prices are more expensive than other gyms, I would absolutely recommend OTF to anyone trying to better themselves through exercise.

I love the high intensity and that no workout is ever the same! The encouragement the coaches constantly give during the workouts, helps you through those days you might not have the motivation to push yourself. Albuquerque Westside gym’s coaches are the best!!

I joined Orange Theory after it was recommended to me by a friend. I was looking for something to jump start my workout program. Because each workout is different I feel like my body is responding with each session. I really benefit from the energy and and motivation that the coaches bring each class. Their knowledge and expertise benefits me each time. If I’m technically incorrect with an exercise movement they step in to assist to make sure I’m maximizing the benefit from the movement and steering clear of injury. Looking forward to not only stepping on the scale each week but also how my body is transforming. I used to be an endurance junky. I’m becoming much more well rounded in my fitness.

The workouts are well thought out, organized, varied, and provide the opportunity to get a great workout in an hour! The coaches are motivating, knowledgeable, and helpful in form and technique. The fact that you use a treadmill, rower, and a variety of floor exercises ensures you get cardio, strength, and flexibility training. In addition, if you have any issues, such as bad knees, the coach will provide an alternate method to perform the exercise. Overall, great workouts!!!

I like the way OTF holds me accountable to the sessions I sign up for. The app makes signing up easy too. The classes are very challenging and well planned, and there are always options to make the floor exercises harder or easier. The coaches are great -- very encouraging and positive. The whole staff is super friendly and supportive. The equipment offers a wide variety of exercise options. The music is fun too!

In all honesty, I loved everything we did in the class. My favorite workout would be the rower. My fiancee and I felt like we were going to be out of it BUT we wanted more. It was our first class and we fell in love with it. We love how everything is so uplifting and fun. We want to go back again and again. We want to thank you for giving us this opportunity to experience what your program has to offer. Thank you to all the team members that helpped us enjoy our class and hopefully we will you again soon.
