Its name and small size might give the impression that it's a hardcore bodybuilder/powerlifter gym. It isn't. After ten plus years away from any kind of fitness routine and putting on some unwanted weight, I didn't feel I was out of place at all. The gym is clean, friendly, quiet, reasonably priced, well equipped and not too crowded.

Absolutely love this gym for my fitness journey! Friendly attendants, always clean and accommodating and their merch is comfortable and reasonably priced. I feel comfortable at this gym and would recommend anyone to visit!

Every gym has its pros and cons but I’m a fan. It’s smaller so it doesn’t draw in crowds, but you do have to time it if you don’t want to go when it does fill up. They don’t have multiple machines of each type so that is a drawback, however they make great use of their space.

Not a very welcoming environment, no tour at sign up and multiple pieces of information left out when signing up, including fees.

I just started going to Powerflex and I'm glad I chose this gym. This place has all the equipment you need and a friendly staff. Also, it has a lot of flexible options for membership plans, so you're not locked into anything long-term if you don't want to be. All their plans are affordable and they also have multiple locations that are all accessible by key card at any time of the day.
