Awesome place. It’s the perfect size for the amount of people that go. I usually go around 3pm and there is just a few people. Staff is friendly. Great environment for anyone!

Beautiful smaller gym located in Ventana ranch. Gyms never too busy at anytime during the day. Staff is great, very friendly. Gym is always clean and weights and equipment are always put away and in order. All machines work flawlessly. You never see any machines broken. This place is a hidden gem.

I joined the Powerflex gym at Ventana about a month ago. This is a small to medium size gym with all the typical free weights, several weight lifting machines, and all the typical cardio machines. They also have a stairclimber which is a bit rare.So far I enjoy coming here. The staff is friendly and there a good portion of the day and into the evening with access 24 hours, which I love.The place is always clean with plenty of cleaner to police after yourself on the equipment.My biggest factor in choosing this location is its only a five minute jog from the house which is perfect. I don’t want to have to drive to workout.I would love to see one or two row machines added.Most likely I will remain a loyal customer while I’m living in the area.

Clean and convenient. I go early in the morning and it is very rarely busy. I have also gone in the evening and haven't had an issue with machine crowding. Speaking of machines, there is one for almost every exercise as well as multiple squat racks.

Love this little gym in the heart of Ventana Ranch. Has everything you need, large variety of equipment- cardio, weights, etc. Super friendly staff was not only helpful but welcoming. I love that there aren’t a lot of people so the ease of using equipment was perfect! My only qualm was the bodybuilder screaming and grunting while lifting - I could personally do without the sound effects (But that has nothing to do with the gym itself.) And I didn’t like that they use cloth towels instead of paper towels to wipe down equipment which seemed like a breeding ground for cross contamination since they were being used by everyone over and over again. Didn’t get to check out the bathrooms but I definitely intend on revisiting since I paid the $5 fee for a key fob.

Been coming for a few months now and the Gym is always clean. The staff has always been real friendly. I am happy that we switched from our former gym.
