Love the fitness classes! Great mix of cardio, strength, yoga etc. Good equipment and stereo system. Instructors are very competent and make the classes fun!

I love this sport and health. The machines are nice, the staff is great, I love the swimming pool and it is in a great part of crystal city! They also validate garage parking.

Pricey but so much cleaner than my old gym. Also the equipment is well maintained. Lots of classes and family pool time is a bonus.

I was visiting the neighborhood and had to use a restroom. The desk clerk told me that only members were allowed to use the restrooms. I pleaded with him, telling him I was going to pee on myself if I couldn't use their restroom. He didn't budge.What he didn't know is that I just left their Capitol Hill location and intended to join. Not anymore.Was denying someone the use of a toilet really worth missing out on immediate and future membership dues?

Great experience at the club. I have been there since 2010 and love the staff and the energy in the club. The entire staff works as a team to keep the club working at its best. The personal trainers are great at what they do. Top knotch professionals.

The staff is so friendly! They always greet me by name and take the time to chat with me whether it is at the front desk, in the personal training department, or coming from the managers themselves.The facility is clean and there is a great variety of classes and equipment available.Love it!

Clean and spacious gym with a killer class schedule and excellent management. There have been some great equipment upgrades of late as well. The staff is really consistent, so it's easy to feel like you're coming home.

The entire staff is friendly, upbeat & positive. Everyone genuinely wants to see you achieve your personal goals and has a supportive & can-do attitude. The group ex staff is super knowledgable and make working out fun! The club is clean and inviting, and my visits are definitely the best part of my week.

Love this place! Never use the pool but this gym has everything I need. Carey (personal trainer) was a huge help when I joined. Get a session with him. The whole staff is really approachable and professional. ....and there's free parking!!
